I love the lights and abilities with the app. However the lights fail to stick well to the surface and have been having to reapply them on a daily basis often requiring me to keep putting the ladder up. I used the automation system to create a schedule for both separate strands for 150 feet but only one side adheres to schedule and must manually turn on other strands from the app. I love the capabilities and endless options of scenic lights I just wish they stuck better and turned on properly via set automation.

We are very happy with the ease of installation and the final look. We were also very pleased with ease of using the app and changing the colors of the lighting. We appreciated having a clip for every light, and were impressed with the durability of the 3m adhesive. I do recommend taking your time and plan out your lights in the peaks of your roof.

I bought 100ft then realized all i needed wàs 50ft just to decorate front of house , so i extended along the side hallway toward rear of house and it looks amazing , easy instalation although sheet metal screws would have been easier , light effects are out of this world and Brightness, permament and not having to go up a ladder it is worth the price. Reccomended .

Very happy with my purchase, will definitely be adding more to the back yard! My main thing was adding some lights to the front and being able to set a timer. They turn on their own at night and turn off once it's light out. Plus being able to customize them for the holidays is just great, cannot wait!

This product is great. The work really well and are super easy to use. They light up the front of my home just as I had intended. I had an issue with the Adhesive backs on the lights not sticking to my soffit and there really needs to be more clips. Otherwise, they installed relatively easily and work really well!

The lights look great when they are in place but that proved to be a problem after just one week when they had to survive their first rain. The adhesive pads failed en masse despite being "all weather" and having the instruction followed. I wont say the blame falls 100% with Govee, there is a lot of variables in play when it comes to use adhesive pads like this including activation pressure, the material you are applying it, and (even though 3m wont say it directly) humidity. It would be nice if an alternative mounting option was supplied given the price. The lights look good, but if they aren't staying up what is the point?

Love the lights so far. Not too difficult to install but bought additional clips to secure each light as some adhesive did not want to stick to vinyl soffit. Would have rated 5 star except for the apparent app glitches. On Halloween, it appears everyone had the same issue of not being able to change scenes. Then I was traveling after Halloween and tried to change to a DIY scene but could not connect. It said I needed to be closer to my device. What is the purpose of wi-fi connection if you can't control it remotely like any other smart light app. I can't turn the lights on or off remotely (for some reason the permanent lights don't work on Google home either). I hope Govee fixes their app issues.

I was told about these lights maybe two months ago and now I have a permanent installer for my company which now because of this great product it has introduced another side of landscaping that is fun and always something different to look forward to with every install!! Highly recommend this product for any type of property or building both residential and commercial! Can’t wait to see what in hold for the future for Govee products. Definitely a must 10 out of 10. Good quality and craftsmanship and can look good on a apartment all the way to multi million dollar homes!

Everything about these lights are amazing. The only issue, is the advanced setting where you can customize the lights has flaws. When you pick certain lights to be off 100% of the time, it doesn't work. The blank one either moves down the lights if you scroll the lights. If you pick a setting where the lights just flash, the "off" lights tweak out and are bright white. If they can fix that issue and make it so you don't have to wrap black tape around those lights, they would be perfect.

Easy to put up when you whip the surface down to stick the lights on to the surface.the clips are easy to use when you whip the surface.i have them up for a month and not coming down.I pulled some clips off the surface and the sticking pad came off the clips.the app is confusing because their is a lot on it to use for light patterns.I can't get the lights to go backwards on the strand.on the automation tab you have to set a time ,pattern then on top right corner of the app that has a orange button that you have to tap then you get a check swirl on the app then your time and pattern are locked ready to turn on.the app needs to have more how too use the app video's.you have a problem write an email to support and in two or three day they will get back to you.
