Glad I purchased it. I was skeptical at first because of the reviews, but so glad I didn’t listen to them. Yes, it takes a bit to ship and it comes in numerous packages but i think the quality of this couch set is great. It’s very heavy duty so after you get it put together you will need assistance with moving it around.

relax folks. Sure the shipping date was wrong, but it came and was great just like I expected. Be patient people.

Great set. Worth the wait!

The patio furniture itself is nice and looks good once assembled, but it is not worth dealing with Sam’s Club customer service or this third-party supplier. My order was delayed by three weeks, and I was sent the wrong item. I also had missing cushions that I reported over two weeks ago, and I’m still waiting for a resolution. I have had to repeatedly call Sam’s because there were no tracking updates, missing items, and incorrect shipments. As of today, I have six separate customer service tickets open for this single order. What was most frustrating is that a Sam’s Club representative told me they had received multiple complaints in the same week about this third-party supplier (wrong items, missing items, and deliveries to incorrect addresses), yet nothing seems to be changing. The supplier has not responded to my missing-item request, and Sam’s does not proactively follow up—I have had to initiate every call myself. The furniture is good quality, but the ordering and customer service experience has been one of the worst I’ve had. I would not purchase this set again because of the ongoing shipping and support issues.

This has been a debacle at best. I ordered it two months ago. It showed up today without notification and no one to receive it with multiple damages to the boxes. AND THEY BROUGHT 1/2 the order in one color and the other 1/2 in a different color. Sam’s member service had been polite but unless. They know nothing and can do nothing, never return calls when the say they will, not able to give me any feasible updates. Save yourself don’t buy this set!

Still no patio furniture, no confirmation on order, horrible customer service. It’s past the delivery date and no confirmation received. I’ve tried to reach customer support and it’s so hard to speak with someone even via chat. I’m trying to cancel my order and search for another patio set and they won’t let me until a much later date. I’m sitting in limbo and still don’t know the status!

Can’t comment on the product yet because it is three weeks past the delivery date and we still don’t have the product. Not sure why Sam’s Club, an American company with deep pockets would use Maersk as their shipping company. I have spent hours on the phone with Sam’s Club and Maersk trying to find our order. Of course Sam’s Club charged my CC right away. It has been six weeks since order date. If the items ever do arrive I will add comments about quality.

Terrible customer service have not received my furniture still however they have my money still pending on my card and they keep hitting it multiple times

Just as the other review before mine. I'm having the same issue! Del was scheduled for yesterday and I waited ALL day! I have also spent hours trying to get an update and Sam's has offered NO help! Sam’s Club also charged my CC right away!

Shipping nightmare. Have been waiting for 4 weeks and every delivery day passes by. Shipping company doesn’t have it, sam’s has no answers
