The World Class level 3 medium firm tight top is the right mix of firm and soft; firm and supportive but with a lightly cushioned top. I don't sink into it and can turn over easily yet my spine feels aligned and hips, shoulders and all joints are comfortable and supported. The mattress is pretty heavy and has a more premium feel.

That's pretty much it. Not comfortable, expected a mattress with a bit more "give" to it. Wanted something with good back support, and can deal with a breakin period, but this after a week still feels overly stiff. I'm also told that it can take a while longer to break in so I'm going to give it a few more days.

Uncomfortable, bumpy and lumpy. It does not offer any support or pressure relief, on the contrary, I feel more pain in the morning than when I had a cheaper mattress. I am regretting purchasing this mattress and will never buy a Beautyrest mattress again.

We shopped around looking for a firm mattress and did not find one that met our needs. That was until we came across Beautyrest's World Class Level Three Extra Firm mattress. This mattress truly is firm and met our stringent needs for a quality and supportive mattress.

There were no reviews when I purchased the Beautyrest World Class Level 3 Medium now all of sudden there are plenty. Plenty of false free reviews. This mattress is cheaply made and the heat that it generates is ridiculous. No, I'm not going through the change yet. Thank God I'm not. I wake up nightly soaked in sweat. I have the air, a box fan, tower fan and ceiling fan on and I'm still scorched on this mattress. I've purchased several Beautyrest mattresses in the past and this by far is the most poorly made. The outer fabric on the mattress is scratchy so I placed a mattress topper over it this week. I've have the mattress for less than 3 weeks. Week one the mattress was settled. Week 2 I've noticed the sides of the mattress buckling and firmly attached to the insides. Now on week 3 I'm ready to send it back. I understand the quality of materials are not as they were 6 or 7 years ago but this mattress is giving, it won't make it past year 1. I can't even register the mattress because the model is not available on the list to register it. I was excited when I made the purchase but a bit skeptical when it was ready to be be delivered in 1 week. my prior mattresses took over 30 days for delivery because they are made to order. Not this one. And the mattress is light weight, like an out of the box mattress. I don't believe I received the mattress I ordered. the only thing that came in the back was a registration card to scan a QR code. No manufacturing labels etc nothing to sign. This purchase just isn't sitting right in my spirits.

Firm, supportive and comfortable. We are Beautyrest loyalists and this mattress did not disappoint. Wake up feeling rested and refreshed.

Happy so far about two weeks now with the new mattress. Hopeful it holds up and won't sag like the last one.

After a long debate over which mattress to get, we are so pleased with this mattress. It has resolved a lot of back trouble we've had. Great product!

Very supportive mattress and the firmness we desire for two people. Perfect for stomach and side sleepers too. Returned two other mattresses from other reputable companies, and this one’s a keeper!!
