Customer reviews for AtGames Legends Pinball TMNT + 3 Months Free PinballNet forVerified Purchase
Poor customer service
Nice game but I had to jump through hoops to get the 3 free months of play. The customer service phone number never got to a rep. Called numerous times. On hold then call disconnected.
HD is okay, but HDP and 4K may be worth seeing
Great for the price. Especially if you can find it on sale. Be sure you like the title game and look of the cabinet. That's all you have once you tun out of the (4mo I think) free access to lots of other tables sfter that it's a subscription. I have a love/hate relationship with mine rn. Why? I'm trying to get it to run other free games from a gaming PC. Called ‘on the go' (OTG)- which is possible but complicated to set up. I've got a few cool extra games running now- without a subscription. But- This one is only HD (1080p). The newer upscale models (HDP %26 4K) are faster %26 can run titles like Jurassic Park and Attack from Mars. The HDP is also 1080p but gives you access to better titles for $1200. Also the 4K obv has superior graphics resolution- but is $1600 .Advice you may like to have from someone who owns the HD only model. It's okay- but there is better out there I now wish I had held out for on sale (either TMNT or Addams Family or Attack from Mars, all excellent, if you can even find one).
Awesome Virtual Pinball Machine!!!
Excellent machine, looks great, operates perfectly. Added ability to use computer as table source, flawless operation when setup properly 59.9hzs not 60 no lag with zen fx, fx3, vpx or future. I did have issues with zen m but overcame most, turn hdr off as it will mess up screen settings constantly. For me the internal computer and interface are just value added as not my go to source. The deluxe tables are decent along with TMNT. I never got my 3 months pinball net but took advantage of the holiday sale and just got the year for $80. My week one deals ran out as I had an issue with a purchase and customer service is nonexistent. I ended up repurchasing the tables through the holiday sale at a slightly higher price and disputing the charges through my bank. Ive only ever had the one problem with the network and purchases, I believe it was do to holidays and network overload. But their customer service never helped so If you go into it as your on your own with no support you wont get upset. "The machine is worth it as is". Sure you could build one better, but at four times the cost even for the cheapest build. Got the topper on Etsy, 16" version if you are considering.
Subscription is a scam
The game on its own is nice. The subscription trial is a total scam. There is no customer service to cancel. You will ultimately need to cancel your credit card to stop the charges. If you buy the machine absolutely do not accept the 90 day trial subscription you will regret it and Sam's Club will not help you.
love this pinball machine. this feels like tje real deal we added the arcade controller to it and makes the flippers feel even more real with the haptic feedback. we attempted to put coinxops on the machine but wasnt working. but the pinball games are allllot of fun. hoping tomb raider and jurrasic park etc come out for the HD version in the future.
Great Virtual Pinball Machine!!
This is a great value for a virtual pinball machine. You have access to hundreds of tables and they continue to add new ones almost every month. Zen Studios tables are coming sometime in 2026 so even more tables will be available. If you want an even better experience, you can add haptics and the SSF kit to get the ultimate sounds and feel of pinball.
Same authentic feel, easier setup %26 better value
We still have our AtGames Star Trek pinball and recently added the TMNT table to our game room. Both deliver that “real table” experience—crisp flippers, natural ball physics, and satisfying haptics—but TMNT was noticeably easier to set up (fewer steps, quicker updates) and came in at a lower total cost while keeping the same solid build quality. Best part: it plays exactly like a standard pinball machine, yet you can access an almost endless library of tables instead of being locked to one theme. The TMNT art pops without being busy, and the included 3 months of PinballNet add leaderboards and events that keep our family competing and coming back.
This is an excellent entrant into the virtual pinball market. The games run smooth and I've picked up zero flipper lag, which is often a concern with virtual machines, especially in this price point. Love the fact you can play nearly 200 tables and counting the ability to run a seperate computer through the system opening the possibility of many more table options. Though you can't fully replicate the authentic pinball experience this machine does a decent job out of the box mimicking feedback from targets and there's also an option to add a haptics kit later that can further enhance the feel. The playfield is a generous size, and though the back box is much smaller than a traditional pinball machine the screens are plenty big and you really forget about it as you get immersed in the game anyway. Whether you're a casual pinball fan that doesn't have the space or budget for multiple traditional machines or are a pinball wizard looking for something different, it's hard not to have some level fun with HDP TMNT. To me it was absolutely worth the price and a nice add for anyone's basement or game room. My only constructive critiques are it would be nice to see the Zen Williams tables added from the 4k lineup and they really need to add more customer service support because it takes a long time to resolve pinballnet subscription issues, or other adhoc items. I read about that before the purchase so didn't have expectations going into it and most things worked without a hitch from day 1.
Best entry point to Digital Pinball around!
This system is awesome, over 190 games available on day one, TMNT, Killer Instinct, Battle Toads, And lots of Williams tables on the way like Attack From Mars, Medieval Madness and Elvira Scared Stiff. The system allows for physical nudge and has haptics to feel the ball as it knocks around the table. Other systems start at around $4,000 and go as high as $10,000. The Dpad is intuitive and allows for menu navigation and as an alternatives physical nudges or use the buttons on the sides. The best part is the connection to the Internet which allows for expandability through firmware, and access to leaderboards for online tournaments. Discord and YouTube channels such as RTX pinball offer community, streaming and tutorials. If you love pinball there is no better start to the hobby.
Constant trouble
I have had to do three resets on this within just a matter of weeks to play it. Now the data sync won't progress and I can't even play it. Also it never gave me the codes to pinball net even though it says it did. This has been a pain every step of the way and I wish I never bought it.
