This little karaoke machine packs, a big punch! The two microphones are clear and easy to use. The light up features are bright colorful and fun! The sound quality is exceptional and it’s easy to set up and sync. This would be a perfect birthday gift or Christmas gift definitely worth every bit!

The after-sales customer service directly with the manufacturer is by far the best I've come across recently. They were kind, understanding, sent out the replacements without any hassles. The product itself is fun and the customer service just makes it a phenomenal purchase.

Volume knob would now work. It was full blast all the time. My kids had to use it outside for the one day that we had it because my mommy ears could not handle it. We ended up returning it.

Great sound quality and grandkids loved having 2 microphones for singing duets. Light ring made it really fun to use outdoors or indoors at night. Great for slumber parties or just Karaoke nights.

This is basically a speaker. It plays music that you connect to it via your phone or a tablet. It does not however display the words to the songs. If you download songs via a USB, you have the songs but no lyrics, so if you want to sing, you better know the words. Fun for kids if they just want to amplify voice and sing, or use the voice changing function, but it is not a karoke machine that you can sing along to a word display with.

This is a nice amplified speaker for kids to sing along to music. The mics connect effortlessly and we were able to sing right out of the box. The speaker volume goes pretty loud too! There are power, volume and effects buttons on each remote. There are several limitations on this device that put this solidly as a kids toy, and not as a "Good Karaoke machine". The microphones do operate simultaneously, so 2 people can sing together. The microphones are tied together tho. Whatever you do on the buttons on one remote affects them both. Volume can't be adjusted individually or effects added individually. Volume knob on unit has almost no effect. The unit has no screen, so cannot show any words, they must play on your phone screen. It says that it has a "Phone Dock", but it DOES NOT. The phone is supposed to just sit on top of the unit, resting on the knobs. It is fairly unstable there, and there is no way to secure the phone. The sound is a little "tinny", but does have decent range of sound. All in all, this is a great little machine for kids to do Karaoke off a phone. I would avoid it if you are a more serious singer though.

As soon as you take the Joyc Karaoke Machine out the box you can tell it was made for a child. It's cute, lightweight and comes in blue or pink. Because it is so light weight, anyone (including a child) can easily move it to different rooms or take it outside for hours of fun. Once I got it out the box, set up was very easy and I was pleasantly surprised when I heard the speaker for the 1st time. It's a fairly compact unit but the speaker packs a great punch and sounds great. I also appreciate there being 2 microphones in case someone wants to do a duet with me. This little unit is full of features but I wish there was a way to see the lyrics and mode selection. For that reason, I gave this 4 out of 5 stars but it sounds great and the 2 mics instead of 1 makes the unit even more versatile. Great player for the price and even greater right now because it's on sale. This would make a great Xmas gift for any young aspiring singer. :-)

The different voices embedded in the microphone is pretty funny. Guys can sing as girls, girls can sing as guys, and anybody can sing as a baby (sound like chipmunk cartoon characters). Very cute for a fun night with the friends or as a gift to kids.
