I was very skeptical about this product because I have tried other similar products and returned because of poor quality and unmet expectations. But I have had not issues with Sam's Club honoring any product that I was not 100% satisfied with so I gave it a shot. I have 3 medium to large sized dogs that shed considerably and I was sweeping at least twice a day to keep it under control so I thought I'm truly gong to put this to the test right away. I was absolutely amazed and the quality of this product. The dogs had a harder time accepting this than I did. I now consider this as part of the family and consider myself spoiled. It has provided me about 5 hours a week of my life back.

I feel the directions for setup and configuring the bObsweep app are practically non-existent and what directions you can find are poorly written. Also, there are issues with getting the robot to resume its vacuuming task after it encounters a problem and the issue is cleared. For instance, during a cleaning cycle to vacuum the whole house (3000 sq ft), the robot battery ran down to 8 percent which it normally does--so it went back to the base station, emptied the bag, and began charging. When the battery charge reached 93 percent, the app indicated an error was detected. Once the battery reached 100 percent I was able to wiggle the robot while still connected to the base station which cleared the error, it did not auto-resume its vacuuming task. To get the rwmaining 3 rooms cleaned, I had to manually place the robot in each room then press go. I had to do this for each of the 3 rooms--one at a time until the whole house was vacuumed. After it did each of the 3 rooms, it started vacuuming a room it had prviously vacuumed. It was as if it was going to do the whole house again. It does get stuck on throw rugs, charging cables, etc. which throws an error until it can be cleared. On a positive note, it does do a good job of mapping the whole house and vacuuming the entire house if no errors occur even though it normally takes almost two entire battery charges to complete one cleaning cycle.

he Bio Bobsweep is highly disappointing due to several key design failures. The water tank is far too small and cannot self-fill, necessitating constant manual stops to replenish the water. The auto-dumping function is erratic and frequently fails to empty the contents into the trash bag. Cleanup is further hampered by a low-quality mop that is disposable after just one or two uses. Finally, the mapping system is significantly flawed, taking hours to complete and lacking the spatial memory required to clean efficiently. Due to these issues, I returned the Bio Bobsweep after just two uses. The contrast with my new Roborock unit is stark. It took only about 20 minutes to map the entire floor and features a large water tank integrated into the base. Crucially, it manages the entire mopping process automatically, including refilling the vacuum's tank and using hot air to dry the mop after use.

Just received ours today and had it working within a couple hours. So easy to setup and just as easy with the BIO APP. Crazy how well it can navigate itself around stuff like the Christmas tree! The mop feature is also a game changer, we’ve had other brands in the past and this one beats them by far, especially with the features, ease of use and best of all VALUE!

I recently purchased this primarily because it was an amazing price and because my daughters swore I needed to purchase a robo-type vacuum. I truly had no interest and do not mind vacuuming myself, but I just don't seem to get it done as much as I should and would like to. I broke down and bought this bObsweep and have loved it!! It is so amazing to come home and see the sweep lines on my carpeting and all the little crumbs in the kitchen gone. I would highly recommend!

My review does not account for the mop feature because I haven't used it yet, however, I am extremely impressed with the Bio! It maps on its own, hasn't gotten hung up on anything and gets my floors so clean. It reaches in places my old Shark robot never did. The huge price discount is what made me buy it and for a little over $200, I feel like it is an excellent value for what you get! I have only had it for a month and I hope it lasts a very long time!

I love my b0bsweep vacuum and mop. The app is very easy to use for managing my vacuum and schedule my rooms for cleaning. It does an excellent job in keeping my floors clean. I am so happy I purchased this vacuum. 5 stars for sure, I would give it 10 if I could.

We love the BObsweep. It was easy to assemble and program. The app makes it easy to schedule cleaning dates and times, identify non-sweep areas, and the progress of the vacuum cleaning. We liked it so much we purchase a second BObsweep for the second floor.

This powerful vacuum consistently delivers outstanding results. It cleans my tile floors to perfection and effectively vacuums other rooms in my house, picking up everything with ease. It leaves the vacuum lines! This is one of my best purchases, hands down!

Our floors are cleaner than ever, especially under the beds, and furniture that has clearance for the bot to work. Still learning all the features in the app. Most of our floors are hardwood and have not tried the mop features, but we love the vacuum results...
