I am loving the simplicity of a system The moo does need some attention and putting the mop pad on and off are a little finicky but the rest works great

This is my second robot vacuum cleaner and I am loving it. I like that mop the floor every day. I would prefer an automatic fill of water and no fabric bag would be appreciated. But so far so good.

We purchased this vacuum cleaner a few weeks ago and have been very pleased with it. Easy to set up, works great between hard floors and carpets. Zero issues at the time and would definitely recommend this to others

We have a charlotte which Is good to a point but the biobobsweep has literally exceeded all of my expectations very thorough doesn't get hung up like the charlotte would highly recommend for sure

This little machine is so handy and works well. Definitely saved me some time to be with family. I have a pure bred German Shepherd and then a German Shepherd/Great pyrenees cross, so don't doubt this machine's abilities. Perf!

My initial reservations arose from the substantial discount offered on this vacuum. Subsequent use revealed several functional deficiencies. The vacuum consistently fails to effectively traverse area rugs or flooring transition strips, resulting in incomplete cleaning or requiring manual intervention to dislodge it. A persistent and unusually loud squeaking noise is emitted by the edge brush, even in the absence of foreign objects. The associated mobile application presents significant usability issues, lacking an intuitive interface. These factors indicate a product that is not performing as expected, alongside potentially questionable marketing strategies

Fantastic product. I come back home to clean floors and carpets everyday with BObSweep products! The mobile interface is great and I like how it recognizes various rooms. I can easily define areas to avoid. It's one of the sleekest designs on the market too. Almost everyone who visits me comments on how cute the design and the color is (I bought the Riverstone color). Definitely a nice addition to my home.

It vacuums ok. Not anywhere near as well as my 4 year old shark. It mops less than mediocrely, but scratches the hardwoods while doing it. I've checked the front wheel and there is nothing it. It is leaving 2 solid lines next to each other all over the hardwoods. If I still had the box I would return it. Unfortunately, my husband got rid of it.

If you are looking for a bio-friendly mechanical friend to keep your floors clean of the daily dust, dirt, and pet hair, the bObsweep vacuum has a wonderful new product. The bObsweep Bio Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum & Mop is at SAMs. My wife and I love it with a 100-Day Dock, including activated charcoal odor filtration. AND…to top it off, the Bio is made of Bio-Based Plastic, which lets you know how bio-friendly your new robot vacuum is for the environment. Like bObsweep Dustin, the BIO is ready to start working within 30 minutes of delivery. The mapping of your floor space is completed the first time you start cleaning. If you wonder how BIO will vacuum carpet, following a cleaning of our bedroom carpet with major hair from our Black Lab, I wanted to run an experiment and run my Dyson afterwards. WOW, the Dysen had no hair in the waste receptacle. The BIO cleans carpets as well. Now, last but not one of our favorite parts of the BIO is how easy you can add water (and some vinegar) to the reservoir, snap the micro-fiber cloth into place, and wait for a clean wood (or tile) floor.

I have three dogs and used to Swiffer daily to keep up with the fur and dust. It was never quite enough. Vacuuming every day would be ideal, but who has time for that? I sure don’t. When I saw the bObsweep Bio Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum %26 Mop on sale, I figured it was worth a shot. And wow... I should’ve bought this years ago. It’s truly a game-changer. I now have it set to clean three times a day, and my floors look consistently spotless. Even the corners it can’t reach don’t build up fur bunnies like they used to, simply because the rest of the floor is always clean. It’s made a visible difference in my home. One thing I love is how well it transitions between surfaces. My house has hardwood, carpet, and laminate with about a quarter-inch height difference. This little robot climbs between them effortlessly. It doesn’t struggle—it just keeps going. When it encounters cords, it doesn’t get tangled or stuck trying to fight them. It pauses and tries to maneuver around. That said, it’s best to pick up cords ahead of time for a smoother clean. The self-emptying dock is a dream, and the activated charcoal odor filtration is a subtle but powerful bonus. In a pet-filled home, I’ve noticed the air feels fresher, which I didn’t expect from a vacuum. As for the squeaky wheel issue some reviewers mentioned, I found a quick spray of WD-40 on the axle where the wheel joins fixed it instantly. No big deal. If you’re a pet owner or just someone who wants a cleaner home without the daily grind, this vacuum is worth every penny. It’s not just a cleaning tool. It’s peace of mind.
