It goes almost everywhere except sometimes, the side brush will lift up light area rugs and takes a few seconds to back up, but it will keeps trying. I've never had anything like this before and was worried about it being complicated to set up. This was so easy. Just unpack and snap the brush on, and that was it. Just set it on the charging station and download the app, and hit go. It does everything else. I have 4 cats, and it has done an amazing job of keeping the floors hair free.

Compared to my Shark model, the mapping and associated mapping tools are atrocious. The verdict is still out on cleaning. Have only used the mopping function once and it was subpar. Plan to try again. I would prefer it not require a bag. My Shark doesn't require a bag which simplifies the process. On a plus, the charge does seem to last a while but I have only used it on low.

The vacuum works amazing. I'm definitely glad I bought it. There's multiple how-to videos if you don't understand anything. Easy order of replacement parts from the app.It picks up almost all the dirt and dust, I haven't tried the mop function yet. The only complaint so far is that I ordered the gray one, and they sent the black one instead. My house is white and gray, so the black one sticks it like a sore thumb. Definitely recommend it, and it's worth every penny.
