The Bio works great except for the Tray Empty. It waiting until job is complete is ridiculous. I don't know if they only expect to clean a 12' x 12' room, then it would be Ok. This unit would be exceptional it it would sense time to empty and do that and then get back to its job. When cleaning WHOLE house and bin is full it doesn't empty. Other then that it would be a Full 5 star unit. I only have grandchildren sometimes but if you have Full Time Children ???

Wish they used a 10 rating - I would give this vacuum a 20! This is our third robot vacuum. First was iRobot which beat up the baseboards and was very temperamental, then we got a Samsung which was very pricey. Worked better but still needed maintenance quite often. Then Bob joined the family several months ago and he has been nothing but a delightful welcome addition to the family! He mapped out the house perfectly and cleans like crazy. He knows when to go home and recharge and he is very good about freeing himself from precarious situations. Please don't think I'm off my rocker for referring to Bob like he is a person but if you buy this vacuum you will soon say, that weird guy was so right.:-) BTW - this is not a paid testimonial it is just honest because it is so hard to find something at a reasonable price any more that actually works as advertised.

I've been skeptical of these things for years. That has been based on friends that bought them in the beginning and they were not that good. Like most things, I believed that things improve with time. I saw the deal on Sam's with the ability to return if I didn't like it. I could not be any more pleased with Rosie! She sweeps every other day while I'm at work and if I track something in while I'm home, I simply use the app and have her spot clean. This thing is awesome!

I am loving, "Bob". I have never owned a robot vacuum before so I don't have another to compare to, but he cleans when I ask, unlike my kids! I really like to be able to set the schedule and my house just be clean when I come home. I do still have to use my old vacuum some to get along the edges, but I am no longer embarrassed by surprise guests and so I don't mind a little work to get the edges. Plus, I love the vacuum lines it leaves in the carpets!

I love my bObsweep! So far I'm only using it for daily sweeping, I haven't ventured to mopping yet. I set it in my bedroom in the morning, and when I get home from work the whole house has been vacuumed. I live in a rural area, and use my cell phone hot spot for internet, so it is important for me to have a sweeper that can cover the house without a wi-fi connection, and bObsweep does it! I do have to clean the brush every day. I recently had to say goodbye to my white German Shepherd as she crossed the rainbow bridge, and bOb is still finding a lot of her fur. That tells me that the suction power is great!! It has been 3 weeks and somehow there is still quite a bit of long white fur that clogs it up daily, so if you have a dog or two, you may need a different model. I do have 2 grown cats and 2 kittens that are supposed to be in the barn but are somehow in the house instead, but the fur I'm unclogging is definitely from the dog, so I anticipate that the problem will go away once all the deeply buried fur that my regular vacuum apparently left behind is finally collected!

Great robot vac we really like it. I bought one and ended up buying a second for the other floor. We haven't had one since original toomba so I appreciate how it makes nice carpet lines and self empties. App works nice to control them and map pit the house. I haven't no complaints so far. Sure it gets stuck sometimes but that's normal with any of them. Brush roll is easy to remove and clean which I like. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another bobsweep product. So far so good!

As a former robot vacuum owner of another brand, I was hoping newer technology would give me better mapping and corner cleaning—and I am not disappointed! After just one week, I'm completely in love with “Bob.” 😊 The mapping accuracy is absolutely incredible, and it navigates my home with impressive precision. I have two white cats, and now I just send Bob out every night. I no longer worry about cat hair piling up—he takes care of it effortlessly. This is easily my best purchase of the year!

I have had this for a little over a month now and couldn't be happier with it. I was initially unsure about buying it, having never had a robot vacuum cleaner before and not sure whether it would get used or would clean well, but on both counts I needn't have worried. bObsweep has been doing a great job cleaning all my floors since I bought it, and now it is hard to imagine not having it. My house has a mixture of carpets and hardwood flooring but the robot cleans both well and quietly. The mop function is definitely a bonus and works, but I am particularly pleased with the cleaning job it does on the carpets. I also like the app which lets me see where the robot has cleaned and remotely activate it to clean when the house is empty. So if like me you are not sure about whether you need a robot cleaner in your house, I suggest you give it a try as it could quickly become an indispensable piece of time saving household equipment.

I have been debating for some time to purchase a robotic vacuum for my home. I hesitated in the past due to the size of my home and the layout. I researched thoroughly and was impressed with the bObsweep reviews-most notably, their customer service and support. I recently purchased another home that is an open concept and made the purchase of the Bio. Overall, I have been extremely pleased with the performance and ease of use. When the Bio is complete and returns to the station, you can hear the power suction of the base emptying the Bio. I am amazed with the amount of debris it collects (even after running the traditional vacuum every other day due to 2 dogs and a cat in the home). In conversation, I mentioned to my neighbor (who has been telling me for well over a year to get a robotic vacuum) that I made the purchase of the Bio, she asked me for my thoughts on the Bio. When I told her I was impressed with the features, ease of use, and the self-empty, she had me order one for her. She has been looking for one that will self-empty instead of having to empty daily manually. We are still great friends and she is happy with the Bio as well so that should speak volumes!

We bought this vacuum last week. I'm honestly blown away by how much easier it has made my daily routine. It navigates around furniture with impressive accuracy, rarely gets stuck, and seamlessly transitions between carpet and hard floors. The suction power is far better than I expected for a robot vac—pet hair, crumbs, dust… everything disappears in one pass. Highly recommended!
