The entire experience from sale price of $179 to Plus delivery from store was Smooth as Ice. I reviewed many frogs on different sites. And glad I settled with Sam's Club. The set up was a little long but straight forward. -Included a very detailed post card with pictured instructions -Went to Gateway's website to view the model number: reviews are promising *Use laptop with an old VISIO 48" tv, connected with HMDI instead of RGB like on my dead ASUS/CHROME BOOK. **The picture is great out of the box %26 after tweaking displays settings, we are very pleased. Speed is great, no lag, no glitches. Office was an easy set up also. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

I got this computer for my 80 year old mother who is learning how to type and use a computer. This was perfect for her and a really good price. She loves it!

My wife and I bought this just to surf the net, do email, etc., and travel with. The build is such that the memory cannot be expanded (this is why the price is so low), but that is not an issue for us because we always use a portable hard drive with our laptops. It is a little slower than our “big” work laptops, however that’s to be expected given the specs. The actual build is great though - graphics and audio I decent, the keyboard is solid, and it has all the USB ports, etc. that we need. An added plus is that a one year subscription to Microsoft Office is included. Highly recommend as long as the memory constraints align with your needs.

This is a great laptop for the price. Its got a nice panel that is high res and bright. It does every day tasks very well. I love the full size keyboard with numeric keypad. this is a great student laptop.

This Gateway laptop is great for school work, including college level courses, runs fast and is stable in its performance. It features a large screen, and vibrant display. Boots fast also. Runs very smoothly, playing videos, browsing the web and handling multiple tasks at the same time with no issues. Windows 11 in S mode is great for added safety. I recommend Gateway and this laptop in particular.

With such a low price, I didn’t expect much from this Gateway laptop. But it’s exceeded my expectations.

Great computer at a great price

New out of box: The touchscreen Did NOT work. The Fn Keys Did NOT work. I working with Gateway for days :-( I worked with them on the phone and Emailing them back and forth, back and forth. Then Gateway wanted me to package the laptop up and return it to them for repair and then they would return it to me. How dumb is that? Think goodness for Walmart. I returned it to Walmart and purchased a different brand.
