I bout a 16 ft extension that Govee said would work. The strand does not work. Been talking with support for several weeks and cannot get a replacement or refund.

Pay close attention to what you buy during holidays, thought I was buying the new lights and it was really just the old lights, they trick you then make you pay to ship items back for refund.

I had multiple pitches on my roof line to cover. Was a bit worried that these lights would not look right, but was pleasantly surprised with the results. Now we are preped for year round amazing lighting!

Absolutely love my lights!!! Only one issue.....no instruction manual to help you navigate how to change colors, patterns, etc! Still working on it.....

Can’t get lights to come on worked for about a week and now they won’t come on. It started out each end would light up bit not the middle now none lights up. They are connected power supply light on

Love my new lights! The 3m tape to hold them why you installed the brackets makes them easy to install.The best part is I do t ever have to do it again!!

Love these lights. We are too old to be climbing latter's, to put up and down. We got them up with grandchildren help and we won't be needing help to take down. Great

The lights are great, but the double backed tape and the little plastic strips for mounting are worthless. The brackets that surround the lights ought to be included with every set of lights and not an additional cost.

I have been eyeing these for a year. When they went on sale, I had to get them. I am absolutely obsessed! I am constantly looking under the share feature to see others holiday displays, and saving others displays they’ve made to use for our home.

Look amazing and I’m getting so many compliments on them. I’m hoping to purchase more in the future Love this product and am recommending to everyone.
