I have been putting up lights for 20 plus years for the holidays and as much as I enjoy the results it is a burden doing it every year. Now that I have the permanent lights on our home I couldn't be happier, already Halloween and fall has been amazing and now as a retired veteran I can't wait for veterans day. Then of Christmas will be an all new experience. Thank you for such a wonderful and versatile product.

I bought this system in July. Was installed in August, by mid December the lights completely stopped working. Very disappointed, I really enjoyed them while they lasted. I also had to pay someone to install them. I was offered a refund for the lights. But now I’m out what i paid to install and do not have lights for the house. I expected better with this system. Complete let down.

We love the functionality of these. Also really like being able to create “scenes”. Wish the app let us edit the scenes and resave them. Seems like that is not an option. As for the lights, they are bright and our neighbors love them…We put the corners and front of the house on white and a soft blue and the house just glows.

Well I love the effect , I DONT love the fact that MY FIRST set of PERMANENT LIGHTS the power module FAILED and NOW I have to REMOVE AND REINSTALL the PERMANENT LIGHTS and hope the Module DOSNT FAIL AGAIN. The module NEVER got WET supposed to be WATER RESISTANT ANYWAY, so I'll try the NEW ONES and see what happens!

These lights are beautiful but they only lasted 2 days. I had them professionally installed and now they're up all around my house and don't work. A whole grouping stopped working and it was tough getting a response from Govee. Finally a refund was issued but without much communication. Too bad. I had high hopes.

I got all the lights installed and the process was simple. Lights all worked out of the box but once I got them all stuck to the soffit the last three went on the fritz. Sent in a Rapid Replacement warranty claim via app and email (to see which would be faster) and each response has taken 2 days (not bad imo). Sent over a video of the problem and I'm hoping to get these things LIT soon! They look amazing on the house, just wish all of them worked!

I need more than 150' so I wanted to buy a couple of sets but I swear I'm reading in the description that they're saying the lighted length shouldn't be more than 150' ??? Most houses would have more than that if they do the whole front and 2 sides .. any help would be appreciated from anyone and GOVEE

These lights are just beautiful! The options you have are so vast and if the preset ones are not enough, the DIY options are there to make them exactly how you want! I can't wait to get more and go around the house and our equipment barn! If you can't tell by now, I HIGHLY recommend these for your outdoor lighting needs!

Lights are great and work as stated. No issues with the function. Only thing that would be nice is if the wires and light pods came in colors. Not everyone has white soffit, and if they are marketed as "permanent" it would be nice if they didn't stand out on the house they were placed on. Tan, White, Brown, Black maybe search the most popular siding colors in the US. Otherwise love the lights and will pry continue to buy more products. Also a desktop version of the app would be nice for the wifi connected lights. When selecting the individual lights for colors it is hard to select them with fat fingers. A steady on multi-color function would be nice not everything has to move.

I LOVE LOVE, LOVE these lights! :) They are beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I wanted to do the entire house and my detached garage but did not have the budget so they are on the front only...STILL LOOK AWESOME!! I put them up myself back in December (at 70yrs young) and my only issue is some of them are coming down which is why I ordered these clips. A simple fix!!
