Spout does not stay closed

Just received our bottle today and the spout does not stay closed. Will close it, and not even 10 seconds later it flies right back open. Very disappointing for my toddler who was super looking forward to getting to use their new water bottle.

To help with this, here’s a quick tip on how to properly close the straw for a leak-proof seal: How to Put Away the Straw – Use the tab to completely push the flip-up straw all the way down until it lies flat against the lid. Could be better

An okay water bottle. Love all of the other bentgo products but I think this one is a no for me. It leaks, hard to put together and it sweats and leaves tons of condensation. Water doesn’t stay cold for long.

Amazing

I love these water bottles, they are so convenient, leak proof, easy to carry, easy to clean, and the best part are the prints, they match my kids collections, they love it and I am a happy Mom

Best purchase

Bought this after seeing so many of my daughters classmates with it. Was most definitely impressed. Worth the money. Very easy to open for younger kids and love that it is leak proof

Great snack box

I used this with my kindergartener for his snacks at school. It has perfect sized compartments for that age group. I did have an issue with one of the closures snapping, but customer service was very helpful and quick in sending a replacement.

Great water bottle

We bought a matching Bentgo water bottle & lunch bag. My daughter loves that is came as a matching set! She got her favorite color water bottle- purple with unicorns.

Unbelievable customer service and warranty

We have five kids and use BENTGO DAILY they withstand constant use and dishwasher etc the clips recently broke on one of our BENTGO we emailed and they are sending us a replacement immediately. We are thrilled to be lifelong BENTGO Customers.

Our favorite lunchbox!

We love out bentgo lunchbox. It's segregated into different size inserts to accommodate a big entree, snack, fruit and a treat. The silicone seal keeps food from being mixed up. We use it everyday and wouldn't trade it for any other lunchbox!

Great but dips leak into other compartments.

We love this bento box. However, we’ve found that dips leak into the other compartments so we have to put them in a separate container. Maybe there’s a trick I’m missing, but it definitely doesn’t work for me now.

Must have for kids lunches!

Been a bentgo user for years. They are the absolute best for school lunches. My daughter loves hers and we use it everyday. Leak proof and keeps everything fresh. Perfect size for littles!
