We love this lunchbox. My daughter uses it for lunch and it's very convenient and she can open it and close it herself. Easy to pack, easy to clean, for the most part. We have only one issue where we got mold forming on the seal and had difficulty cleaning it off. When we did find something that would get it off, the rubber started wearing off. Customer service has been great with cleaning suggestions and is sending us a replacement right now. If we didn't have the mold issue I'd be giving it a 5!

These lunch boxes are awesome by themselves. Perfect for school or even a trip to the beach. But the Bentgo customer service truly adds to this. I recently reached out about some mold that had begun showing on the rubber/silicon seals on the inside lid. They quickly got back to me with some suggested cleaning options. When those still didn’t work, they sent me a new box, expedited shipping. I only emailed looking for advice. I’m seriously impressed with how it all was handled!

I have a few of these lunch boxes for my 2 young children. Not only do we use them for lunch but we take them while we travel as snack boxes on to go! We even take them out to eat and put the leftovers in to save on the plastic take away containers! They are just the right size for the portion sizes kids need. They also stand behind their products and how many companies do that now days? They are also aligned with community out reach. These are companies that I will continue to come back to. They think about the lifetime of their products and they are thinking about their contributions to community and the broader w.orld. I look forward to seeing if they move down the more sustainable materials route. Overall, great product and company.

I had purchased this lunch box a while back and finally started using it not too long ago. After a wash, I left it out to air dry and when I woke up in the morning it had developed mold which stained the top inside of the lunchbox. I have been emailing Bentgo customer service and they have been very helpful and understanding! They are going to send a replacement so that I can safely pack food for my child. Thank you so much Bentgo for being understanding and kind! I will definitely be purchasing your products in the future. The lunchboxes are amazing as well. They are leak proof and can hold so much food and snacks. 10/10 recommend Bentgo for your kiddos!

We received this as a gift for my daughter, who loves dogs, and it leaks so bad - has ever since we received it. We've even started only filling it halfway with water and it still leaks. It's as if the o-ring seal on the inside of the lid isn't doing its job, even though it is present. Super disappointed with this, especially since this is usually such a good brand.

I have a few of these that I use daily to pack my daughter's lunch. I absolutely love how easy it makes it to plan out what I want to send her with and I don't have to use a bunch of disposable plastics. Had an issue with one of the containers and they were great about helping with a replacement. Great product and great service!

We started purchasing bentgo products for our active on the go kids who have multiple severe food allergies in 2017. Every meal has to be prepped and sent with them-bentgo made this process easy! My three young children are rough on these products but they survive-the few that have broken were given new life thanks to the wonderful warranty bentgo provides! The warranty process is always pleasant with fast results. It doesn't matter which product you choose to purchase as all products are absolute gold!

This was a gift and we've used it daily for nearly 2 years now. We take it pretty much everywhere - school lunches, beach trips, family vacations, etc. We even bought an extra liner since we use it so often. I can't recommend enough. Quick tip: keep it clean. We wash ours in the top rack of the dishwasher almost every day, but there are some nooks and crannies where the silicone is that has the potential to get moldy if left in a backpack over the weekend.

I bought this a year ago for my son to take to farm school with him for lunch. It's held up really well for the past year, and I know how hard farm school is on things. We never had an issue with anything leaking and it is stayed sturdy for the past year. My husband put it in the dishwasher the other day (normally we hand wash) and the outer case seems to have shrunk and will no longer fit the inner tray. Bentgo is honoring the 2 year warranty and has offered replacements in exchange for this review. I'm very happy with this company's product and customer service! Definitely worth every penny!
