I bought this product on nov 2022 for my 4 year old. We love the space and ease and durability of the box. The mold is an issue. We have washed and air dried them over night but not sure why there is mold growing on it. We absolutely love the box and would recommend it to anyone, however not sure why this caught mold on the rubber lining so fast.

I got the Bentgo lunchbox for my kindergartener. It’s easy to use and great for portion control, as well as no spilling. I purchased my Bentgo box from target and it was hard to slide the lunch compartment into place. I think I originally bought a damaged Bentgo box and didn’t know, because the hinges were loose, the lunch compartment was tight, and then it melted in the dishwasher. I threw it out and bought a different Bentgo box with the cooling tray in red and blue. It works perfect. I only purchased the second one because all the other moms loved it.

I love the box. a plastic piece broke making it so that I could not 'lock' one of the clips and I contacted customer service and they are able to replace the outer shell via this review. The box is the perfect size etc. everything I need for both of my kids lunches so I am glad I will be able to keep using it with the replacement outer shell. I wish it hadn't broken to start but am happy with the customer service.

Got as a gift a few years ago (2-3 years), it looks exactly the same as when I got it! I think it could have lasted a lot longer (be sure to follow care/cleaning instructions)! My kid is always excited to discover what's for lunch and honestly I find packing lunch to be enjoyable myself. The different size/shaped compartments inspire me to mix things up and make it fun. It's like a box of chocolates but lunch!

My kids have loved their lunchboxes for over a year. The latches unfortunately broken with normal use, but within the warranty period and the customer service was amazing! So easy to work with, friendly, understanding and helpful. Definitely a company I want to continue to purchase from.

Great size, the handle comes in handy for scootering around the neighborhood with hydration in handy, and the design matches perfectly with the stainless steel container that’s also purple with unicorns! We brought it to a soccer practice and it didn’t make it home….so be sure to LABEL it with a name and number to contact! A $15 lesson learned 😅

We love this lunchbox. I bought this for my daughter when she was 2 years old. We've been using it for her lunches for 2 years. It's perfect as she can go back.to it thru the day to graze as toddlers love to do. With all the little compartments makes for a great variety of food for my toddler.

This is the second year I’ve been using bentgo box for my daughter. It keeps her lunch from getting messy and it’s gives me a chance to expose her to new foods which she might ignore if they were packed separately. I also like only having one container to clean afterwards.

The silicone material that is on the inside lid of the container, the 'leakproof technology' turns moldy after awhile. I've been using this for my son for about 3 years, and now there is a black mold on the silicone that is impossible to remove. Seems like it's better to go with an all-BPA free plastic container or a metal container.

We use this almost every day for our daughter’s lunches. It even works great for dinners for kids who like everything separated. We just bought a second box to pack two lunches at a time and save us from making lunch every day. I’m even more amazed by their customer service when the latch on our first box broke. Juliene V was so helpful and prompt— seriously, this is the best service I’ve have experienced in years.
