I bought this for my son in October. For the most part I love the product. However, the model I got last year wasn't as robust as I'd hoped for a kid, and the piece that allows the straw to close broke. Customer service is making it right and sending me a replacement and the 2023 model. I hope this newer model is more sturdy.

The compartments are air tight & perfect for little finger with a big appetite.The different compartments are the perfect size for her little fingers & big appetite. Once you close the lid everything is air tight. I’ve packed oatmeal, noodle soup and yogurt without a problem. Then the compartment broke I reached out to the company they stated they will return it.

I bought this lunch box for my daughter who is in preschool and it makes the whole process of packing a lunch so much easier and seems like it’s faster too. We love love love the bentgo boxes. Also helping reduce waste while we are at it too! I will never go back to packing lunches with plastic bags and a million little containers.

8 years and counting my kids, nieces and nephews all use this box daily for school lunch ! They love it and I love the customer service we just received! One of our boxes failed where the latches connect- the bar/ridge that it latches to stripped away. It was within the 2 year warranty so I reached out to customer service. In one business day I had a reply and a resolution. I provided the necessary feedback and a new box is already on its way. Bentgo support was efficient, effective and pleasant to work with!! We LOVE our Bentgo boxes (I have purchased 3, one for each of my kids over the last few years). It is a great product! I thought I would reach out to customer support about an issue with one of our latches recently. About a year ago one of the latches broke on my daughter’s and we’ve been limping it along with a rubber band for awhile. It is to a point where it will no longer stay closed and makes a mess in her lunchbox sleeve. I love the portion sizes of this product, but I didn’t want to buy an entire new version, so they offered to replace it!!! Such an awesome company and outstanding customer service. I especially feel good knowing we are not producing waste by replacing all those plastic lunch bags with a high quality product that LASTS.

It’s easu to take apart and clean and has many different compartments for snacks. We especially love that it closes air tight tight so we can put ranch in there and it doesn’t spill out.

We have been using Bentgo lunchboxes for a couple of years now with my 3 kids (ages 2-5) and we love them! The kids love having their own color lunchbox and all the compartments make it fun. We have had issues with our cover getting a little moldy but customer service has been great to work with. Would definitely purchase another in the future!

This product is such a great way to get kids to make their own lunch. It's super easy to use and the portions are easy for kids to understand. My kids love making their own lunches and get really creative with the meals. Love these and really recommend even for older kids. My Junior High Schooler Loves Them!

My son loves this lunch box so much! I was so bummed it got moldy inside (my bad) and the mold ended up staining it. I emailed customer service and they helped me with cleaning advice and after trying it, it just wasn’t working. They were so helpful and replaced my product for me! I will be a Bentgo product supporter for life!
