These cases and lunchboxes are one of a kind. Like many reviewers before have said their customer service is excellent. They are replacing my latch as a courtesy to one I bought second hand. If you’re buying new, to make just enough for free shipping on their website I’d purchase a regular bentgo lunch box plus an extra tray insert with its own clear cover. I bought two sets for two of my kids. Very happy with the purchases! Thanks for taking care of us bentgo!

This lunchbox is perfect due to that fact it is TRULY SEALED and LEAK PROOF! It is easy for my kiddo to use and he loves the compartments, it provides room for more yummy treats! Bentgo products all the way! Customer service is STELLAR, they truly care about their products!

I purchased several Bentgo containers last September and a few have mold now . I contacted customer aero d and they were very helpful in getting my items replaced! I love ALL of their products and I am sure to recommend them to ALL my fellow lunchbox moms . I use them for all 5 of my kids!!

My daughter received the Bentgo Brights lunch box as a gift last year. And recently one of the clips was broken. I reached out to the company and they were quick to send out a replacement lunch box - I'm so glad my daughter will have a new lunch box for the new school year, this saves a lot of $$ especially in today's economic tough times. I got these water bottles when I needed to replace the Dr Browns sippy cups my 2.5 year old twins had been using for over a year. They needed a faster flow and a larger capacity for holding water at preschool. I decided to check out the Bentgo brand because we had gotten lunchboxes for Christmas that we loved. These water bottles were a hit too! The flip top is easy for them to open on their own, the bottles don’t leak, and their favorite part is the cute prints. They know which print is theirs and get downright mad if you give them the wrong one. We ended up buying the entire matching set - not just the water bottle, but the backpack and lunch bag to go with the lunch box too. Our preschool teachers love that sharks are always one kid and puppies are always the other. No mixing up our stuff!

Great box! Seals wonderfully and easy to clean and sturdy. Just one issue is the plastic ledge on which the fastener clasps onto keep chipping off, thus making it unable to securely close. I’ve had that issue three times now so def hope they change that in the design!

I bought this for my son in October. For the most part I love the product. However, the model I got last year wasn't as robust as I'd hoped for a kid, and the piece that allows the straw to close broke. Customer service is making it right and sending me a replacement and the 2023 model. I hope this newer model is more sturdy.

I have been packing lunches for my kids in Bentgo boxes since they started school 7 years ago! I love how they can hold favorite items like apple sauce and yogurt without leaking. The small portion compartments have been perfect for my elementary girls and encourage a diverse selection of food groups. This box is also a great way to reduce single use plastics! Finally, the clip broke off of my most recent bentgo box, and customer care was quick to help me get a replacement. Great product and wonderful customer care!

We purchased 3 water bottles in different styles and so far 2 of 3 have broken within 2 weeks of use. The first thing to break is the rubber carrying handle which occured within 72 hours, eventually the mouth piece flip top mechanism breaks. My 3 year old dropped her bottle inside a retail store today and the bottle cracked in half causing total damage. Unfortunately toddlers can be clumsy so I don't recommend this item due to it's lack of strength and durability for everyday use. It is aesthetically pleasing and matches our Bentgo bags and lunchboxes, however, we will not be purchasing the drinking bottles again. For the price it is marketed we expected a much better quality product. We find similar priced items made with rubber coated stainless steel so that's what we have now purchased. I don't recommend wasting money with the water bottles, they will eventually break.

I have been purchasing these lunch boxes for three years. The compartments are perfect for my little ones. It packs enough food so they are not hungry throughout the day. Also, I can pack yogurt and it won’t leak into other compartments. My little ones love picking out new designs when we buy more!
