I reached out to them on a weekend to ask for safe ways to remove mold from my son's bentgo box as he forgot it at school. They were super fast to respond ( on a weekend) and gave me solutions to try to resolve the problem. When that did not work they offered a replacement. We have a good amount of their products and have not had any issues. Will gladly continue to buy these for our 3 kids who take lunch to school daily.

We've really loved our bentgo lunchbox. It's great at sealing food in and avoiding leaks. My kiddo loves it. We ran into an issue with mold in the container, and when we contacted customer service, they were SO helpful. I love bentgo products and will continue to purchase them.

We love our bento box!! I use this daily for my 18 month old at daycare and even on the go in the diaper bag. So easy to travel with. We can pack so many different things and keeps food fresh all day. So easy to clean and I love that it is dishwasher safe. Highly recommend!

I bought 3 Bento Kids Boxes over 2 years ago for my children (now ages 4, 8 and 10). They use them everyday. Their food stays fresh, does not leak, stays in its own compartment and the kids enjoy making their own lunches, too. Of course, when packing the lunches, I help the kids make their lunches colorful with fruits, vegetables and other nutrient-dense options, which the kids eat (and I love that they eat so healthy). Yesterday, the plastic coating on the top has started coming off (but only on 1 of the Bentgo Boxes), yet it is 3 months past the warranty (they are over 2 years old now). I called to ask if I could purchase the outer box (since the inner shell is still intact). Rosa said they can not do that, but they would just replace the entire box - and for free, despite it being past warranty! I am extremely grateful that we made the purchase of 3 bentogo kids lunch boxes and that they stand behind their products. Excellent product, it makes lunches fun, my kids eat healthy, and I am extremely impressed with their customer service!

We bought our bentgo well over a year ago, and one of the latches broke. I contacted customer service to request a shell replacement at my expense. They went above and beyond and are replacing the whole bentgo container as no cost to me. I will forever be a bentgo customer!

We started using them when my son was 5, he just turned 7 and he loves it. Recently my son forgot his at school and it got ruined, I went to buy another one online and found out they had a 2 year warranty so I contacted support, I tried the solutions they gave, it helped a little but it was already ruined so they sent me another one which arrives literally two days later if not the next day. Looking forward to buy the next size!!

We got the 2 pack from Costco and these are really high quality ones that are a huge upgrade compared to the crappy ones we got from Amazon prior. Easy to clean and holds a lot of food and seals really well with no leaks. My kids love it. Would eventually replace it with another bentgo product for sure!

This was a gift and we've used it daily for nearly 2 years now. We take it pretty much everywhere - school lunches, beach trips, family vacations, etc. We even bought an extra liner since we use it so often. I can't recommend enough. Quick tip: keep it clean. We wash ours in the top rack of the dishwasher almost every day, but there are some nooks and crannies where the silicone is that has the potential to get moldy if left in a backpack over the weekend.

I love this lunch box, it's nice that when I put a sauce in it, it doesn't leak into other compartments. It's great to make bento box, my son doesn't like eating just one thing for lunch, he likes having a few option and the box is good for that. It's also easy to open and close.

We bought two of these purple lunch boxes for our preschooler, since her school does not provide lunch. We follow the cleaning instructions diligently (insert goes in the dishwasher, outer box is hand-washed as soon as it arrives home. Despite good care, the inside of the cover has developed black mold that we are unable to remove.
