We have had our Bentgo boxes for years and they have been great. They keep the kids' food cold and fresh and make it easy to take meals on the go. After four years, we had a small issue with one of the seals and called customer service to get advice. Even though the product was well past the warranty period, they stood by their product and replaced it no questions asked. A great experience all the way around. Highly recommend.

We ordered this bottle with the matching backpack, and our son loves the design (Shark). The bottle is very durable/leakproof, and our 5-year-old has definitely taken it to the test. The bottle is simple to clean, and the removable straw still holds up well and, so far, shows no signs of wearing out. Our son initially had an issue drinking out of the bottle since he wasn't used to the mouthpiece. After further looking into it, it seemed that we received a bad item. We contacted Bentgo customer service and swiftly received feedback and a new replacement! Shoutout to Nicholas! He was very friendly and supportive throughout the entire process! We’ve used these for about a year now for my 4 & 6 year olds. We love the convenience of them, how easy they are for the kids to open, and how many options you can make your lunch into using these. Not the best for older kids as portions are small. Also be sure to hand wash and air dry to prevent any small moldy spots in silicone. Otherwise, super high quality product.

These cases and lunchboxes are one of a kind. Like many reviewers before have said their customer service is excellent. They are replacing my latch as a courtesy to one I bought second hand. If you’re buying new, to make just enough for free shipping on their website I’d purchase a regular bentgo lunch box plus an extra tray insert with its own clear cover. I bought two sets for two of my kids. Very happy with the purchases! Thanks for taking care of us bentgo!

8 years and counting my kids, nieces and nephews all use this box daily for school lunch ! They love it and I love the customer service we just received! One of our boxes failed where the latches connect- the bar/ridge that it latches to stripped away. It was within the 2 year warranty so I reached out to customer service. In one business day I had a reply and a resolution. I provided the necessary feedback and a new box is already on its way. Bentgo support was efficient, effective and pleasant to work with!! We have been using bentgo kids lunch boxes for 5 years for both our kids. We absolutely love them! They are leak proof even when I add yogurt into one of the compartments, have so much space for a variety of lunch options and are durable.
