We’ve used these for about a year now for my 4 & 6 year olds. We love the convenience of them, how easy they are for the kids to open, and how many options you can make your lunch into using these. Not the best for older kids as portions are small. Also be sure to hand wash and air dry to prevent any small moldy spots in silicone. Otherwise, super high quality product.

8 years and counting my kids, nieces and nephews all use this box daily for school lunch ! They love it and I love the customer service we just received! One of our boxes failed where the latches connect- the bar/ridge that it latches to stripped away. It was within the 2 year warranty so I reached out to customer service. In one business day I had a reply and a resolution. I provided the necessary feedback and a new box is already on its way. Bentgo support was efficient, effective and pleasant to work with!! We love our Bentgo Kids Lunch Box! I've always wanted to do those adorable Bento boxes, but it seems so complicated and intimidating. But these lunch boxes make our kiddos lunches effortlessly cute and fun. This year (2nd grade) she has started to help in the lunch prep as well, it's been a wonderful life skill in nutrition, creativity, and portion control. The partitions make it a breeze, and even wet items like dips and sauces truly do stay separated from each other. This has been used daily for two years by a 6-8 year old, it's very sturdy! Can't say enough good things.

We purchased one earlier this year and it developed mold on the inside which I couldn't get off. Their customer service was very understanding and is sending a new one for my son. I love how child-friendly these are and my kids love them. Thank you, Bentgo!

We have two boxes: one with the freezer pack and one basic one. We love them both. It's so fun to be able to mix up our son's lunch and ensure we've provided a balanced meal. We've been using both boxes since he was about 15 months, and they're perfect. I also have great things to say about their customer service. I'd highly recommend - we will definitely be buying another for our second, due in November!

Love the Bentgo lunch boxes! My daughter has been using them every day for the last 2 years and she'll likely continue using them well into her elementary school years. Bentgo customer service is also fantastic. We had an issue with the sealant, rubber area growing mildew, and not only are they sending a replacement, they also offered thorough cleaning recommendations to use going forward.

We LOVE our Bentgo boxes (I have purchased 3, one for each of my kids over the last few years). It is a great product! I thought I would reach out to customer support about an issue with one of our latches recently. About a year ago one of the latches broke on my daughter’s and we’ve been limping it along with a rubber band for awhile. It is to a point where it will no longer stay closed and makes a mess in her lunchbox sleeve. I love the portion sizes of this product, but I didn’t want to buy an entire new version, so they offered to replace it!!! Such an awesome company and outstanding customer service. I especially feel good knowing we are not producing waste by replacing all those plastic lunch bags with a high quality product that LASTS.

I have been using and loving the bentgo lunch boxes for my children. I’ve recently noticed something unusual on the rubber part in one of the two boxes that I have. I never put them in microwave or dishwasher, always hand wash them. I have a green one that I used about 1/3 more times than the blue one but the green one is not showing any signs like the blue. Other than that I love packing lunch for me children. Bentgos are a must have for anyone who packs a meals to school and/or work.

Our Bentgo has been an awesome lunchbox for our 4 year old. It’s a fun lunchbox that fits a variety of food, and has been perfect for all of his daycare lunches. He’s used it over the past 2 years but we’ve only recently experienced issues with the lunchbox not latching properly. I reached out to customer service and they have been extremely prompt and helpful. We had our Bentgo registered for warranty, and although we have misplaced our receipt with proof of purchase, the team has been amazing and courteous honouring the warranty and sending us a replacement. We love this lunchbox and will purchasing the next age up soon. We strongly recommend this company!
