We have two boxes: one with the freezer pack and one basic one. We love them both. It's so fun to be able to mix up our son's lunch and ensure we've provided a balanced meal. We've been using both boxes since he was about 15 months, and they're perfect. I also have great things to say about their customer service. I'd highly recommend - we will definitely be buying another for our second, due in November!

My grandkids and their cousins & friends love Bentgo. It started with one grandchild and then spread to cousins and friends. They love the colors and compartments; we love how easy it is to prepare school lunches with variety and the No Mess leak-proof technology. Also when one had a defect, it was cheerfully replaced by the great Customer Service.

I brought this for my daughter starting preschool. She picked the puppy love print herself since she loves dogs. She request this bottle daily as it matches her lunchbox and backpack. The bottle is easy to drink from and clean. We hand wash it and after using it for about a month it still looks new. Definitely add one to your back to school shopping list.

I bought two Bentgo Boxes for my son (5years old) a year ago. He absolutely love them! The lunch boxes effectively separate portions of food from mixing together! The boxes are amazingly leak proof, I'll definitely buy more Bentgo products. The lunch box shells have got demaged little from dishwasher but customer service was wonderful and took care of my concerns.

I had gotten a Bentgo as a gift for my son and after a couple months it started to get mold. I reached out to see how to get rid of the mold and they did offer some solutions. They ended up sending me a replacement and they are so amazing for that. They also send care instructions to make sure it doesn't happen again! Tha k you sooo much! I would definitely be buying more products!

We love this lunchbox. My daughter uses it for lunch and it's very convenient and she can open it and close it herself. Easy to pack, easy to clean, for the most part. We have only one issue where we got mold forming on the seal and had difficulty cleaning it off. When we did find something that would get it off, the rubber started wearing off. Customer service has been great with cleaning suggestions and is sending us a replacement right now. If we didn't have the mold issue I'd be giving it a 5!

We bought two of these purple lunch boxes for our preschooler, since her school does not provide lunch. We follow the cleaning instructions diligently (insert goes in the dishwasher, outer box is hand-washed as soon as it arrives home. Despite good care, the inside of the cover has developed black mold that we are unable to remove.

We have been a Bentgo family for 4 years, these lunchboxes have helped my picky eaters learn to enjoy their food and have provided a reliable way to get their lunches out the door. After the clips on our first bento box somehow both broke within a week, I wrote to customer service who sent out a brand new box. You can’t beat that kind of customer service. Buy these products with confidence!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My child is able to use this box every day for lunches. My child really likes the box. My child finds the box easy to open. The compartments seal holds the food where it should be without anything moving around. The compartment trays are large where it contains enough food to fill my child up. The box washes very well, my only complaint is takes a really long time to dry.

My oldest has had her Bentgo container for 3.5-4 years and it has no damage! It doesn’t hold a smell like other plastic containers do after so long. We’ve purchased more for her upcoming school year and some for my youngest because we love them so much!
