We purchased 3 water bottles in different styles and so far 2 of 3 have broken within 2 weeks of use. The first thing to break is the rubber carrying handle which occured within 72 hours, eventually the mouth piece flip top mechanism breaks. My 3 year old dropped her bottle inside a retail store today and the bottle cracked in half causing total damage. Unfortunately toddlers can be clumsy so I don't recommend this item due to it's lack of strength and durability for everyday use. It is aesthetically pleasing and matches our Bentgo bags and lunchboxes, however, we will not be purchasing the drinking bottles again. For the price it is marketed we expected a much better quality product. We find similar priced items made with rubber coated stainless steel so that's what we have now purchased. I don't recommend wasting money with the water bottles, they will eventually break.

This lunchbox is perfect due to that fact it is TRULY SEALED and LEAK PROOF! It is easy for my kiddo to use and he loves the compartments, it provides room for more yummy treats! Bentgo products all the way! Customer service is STELLAR, they truly care about their products!

I have bought this bentgo lunch box for my daughter who is 3 years old and goes to preschool. She is able to open this lunch box on her own without any help from her teacher. All the food stays in its appropriate box and does not shuffle around. I like the vibrant colors it comes in!

This has been so wonderful this year for my daughter in kindergarten. It is easy to open and fits a half sandwich or 2 cupcake sized liners for crackers and meat. It is the perfect size for her lunch box and keeps everything separate which is a huge deal for some little kids.

My daughter loved her Bengto until this morning when she discovered mold on the upper lid. I tried everything to get the mold off and was unsuccessful....tea tree oil, vinegar soak, microban. You name it. Unfortunately, after the attempts to get the mold off and the aggressive scrubbing, we won't be able to use it anymore.

I have 3 children that all use these lunch boxes daily. The compartment sizes are perfect for their snacks and sandwiches. Sometimes we would put pasta with sauce and we would never have any complaints that the sauce has spilled out into another section or out of the box.

We received this as a gift for my daughter, who loves dogs, and it leaks so bad - has ever since we received it. We've even started only filling it halfway with water and it still leaks. It's as if the o-ring seal on the inside of the lid isn't doing its job, even though it is present. Super disappointed with this, especially since this is usually such a good brand.

I purchased this bento box with hesitation but I'm so glad I decided to try it. It's the perfect lunchbox for my toddler.. perfect portion sizes and convenient access for her while she's in school. Had to contact customer service and the help I received was timely and amazing.

We have used our Bentgo box every day this year. It has stood up to lots of use and saved us many a plastic baggie! We are experiencing a minor issue with it currently but have had a good experience with their customer service team that has been very responsive. We hope to use these boxes for years to come!

My kid is a grazer so this lunch box holds the right amount and variety of food, especially for a quick 20-minute lunchtime. The compartments never leak and the weight of it filled is not too heavy to carry for my 2nd grader. We have several other lunch boxes (some with thermos inserts), and Bentgo is the best of both worlds of leakproof, overall weight, with no fiddly lids to lose. However, after prolonged use I noticed the rubber-coated edge of the main compartment started to degrade. Maybe due to acidity of the food or heat exposure? Even though I purchased the lunch box over two-and-a-half years ago (outside of their warranty), Bentgo's customer service has offered to send me a replacement as a one-time courtesy!
