I use these lunchboxes for my kids and love them. It's a great size for my toddlers and the servings they need. Unfortunately I've had 3 lunchboxes that have either had broken clasps or melted in a place that was supposed to be dishwasher safe. However, their customer service has been great. I sent some pictures and they are replacing all of my bentgo boxes. I appreciate and respect a company that stands behind it's product.

We love this lunchbox. My daughter uses it for lunch and it's very convenient and she can open it and close it herself. Easy to pack, easy to clean, for the most part. We have only one issue where we got mold forming on the seal and had difficulty cleaning it off. When we did find something that would get it off, the rubber started wearing off. Customer service has been great with cleaning suggestions and is sending us a replacement right now. If we didn't have the mold issue I'd be giving it a 5!

We've been using the bentgo lunch box for approximately 9 months and are pleased for the most part. The compartments are helpful sizes, and the lid ensures that there is no spills or leaks. However, the rubber lining on the inside of the lid has developed several (what I believe are) mildew stains that will not come out despite proper care. We're overall happy with the product, but have been frustrated with the mildew stains. Quick Customer Service action to replace it (which they offered to do as soon as we contacted them) was appreciated. Hoping the next one doesn't have this same issue.

I purchased 2 of these at the start of Kindergarten. They are very easy for my 4 year old to use, it reduces waste which we love. The only downside we have found is sometimes wet foods tend to move around. Fruit in juice will end up in other compartments, dip tends to make its way out of the small center compartment. We choose to leave out any possible wet foods and opt to have those on the side. Otherwise it is a nice box!

8 years and counting my kids, nieces and nephews all use this box daily for school lunch ! They love it and I love the customer service we just received! One of our boxes failed where the latches connect- the bar/ridge that it latches to stripped away. It was within the 2 year warranty so I reached out to customer service. In one business day I had a reply and a resolution. I provided the necessary feedback and a new box is already on its way. Bentgo support was efficient, effective and pleasant to work with!! We bought two of these last fall. I wasn’t sure about it, but I really liked the little small circle in the middle for dips. The first time I tried sending my daughter with ranch and carrot sticks, I anxiously awaited to see if her entire lunch would be covered in ranch— and it wasn’t! Both of our Bentgos kept lunches organized all year. A clip broke, but they are sending a replacement. I’ve already bought two more for my twins who are starting school this year.

Both my 6 & 8 year old have used Bentgo lunch boxes since early daycare days, they have lasted for years with no issues. The kids wanted new prints this year and one of the inserts cracked within a few months. I reached out to Bentgo customer service and the representative was quick to reply and very nice. I sent over all my information and a new lunch box arrived to me within days! It is the only lunch box we use.

We received this as a gift for my daughter, who loves dogs, and it leaks so bad - has ever since we received it. We've even started only filling it halfway with water and it still leaks. It's as if the o-ring seal on the inside of the lid isn't doing its job, even though it is present. Super disappointed with this, especially since this is usually such a good brand.
