I just opened this for Christmas and there is a chip out of one of the crokpots at the bottom. I’m so sad that I can use it because it’s is broken.

The Jury is out for now. It seems like it takes an awfully long time to heat up!!! I have marinara sauce in there now and after a half hour it’s very barely even warm!! And that’s on the HIGH setting. 
SAUCE should be boiling on high. 
I will be returning it if it doesn’t get HOT in an hour. Big disappointment thus far

Forever is a mighty long time

Ran across this as we were preparing for a big new years even party.  We have always used the stereo option.  Well,no longer!  This little unit not only kept food warm, but can cook it too. Highly recommend it.
