I purchased two of the Bentgo boxes for my daughter (4 years old). She absolutely loves the design of the mermaids. The box provides get sizes for a variety of items for her lunch. The container is easy to open and close, so she does not need assistance from the teachers. I had to contact customer service and the support and quick responses helped answer all questions I had. Great service and product!

It took forever to find a lunchbox that my son would like, let alone be able to open and close easily on his own. Bentgo’s compartments allowed us to easily pack him food without worrying about things getting smushed, mixed up or leaking. Fruit and veggies stayed fresh and crunchy! We also got the colorful ice packs to help keep things cold for summer camp. Love it!

I am glad the brand holds up its customer service. I got one of their lovely lunch bags but for some reason the zipper broke. Was a little disappointed as the quality was great size was perfect for my sons bag and it keeps his lunch nice and cold. So I got in touch with them and told them my situation. I couldn’t find the receipt for the life of me but did register. Abby was understanding and help me find a resolution. Will be a returning customer!

I have an autistic child and he is really selective and a picky eater so that means I have to pack his breakfast, lunch and snack every morning, so with bento kids lunch box it makes it easy for me to pack him what he really likes and what he is going to eat. The cool designs also make it fun for him and he enjoys opening his bento lunch box durning breakfast, lunch and snack time. Customer service is great as well they answer your questions and help you out with any concerns about the bento kids lunch box or any lunch box in general would Rea recommend their products. I have had several bentgo containers (kids and adult) and they are all amazing. Great quality, solid and strongly made, and just the right space for all things lunch! My kids can open and close them easily and cleaning them is easy too as the inside compartment comes out. I’d highly recommend them! One of ours even had an issue with it and their customer service was fantastic! If you are on the fence about getting one - do it! You won’t regret it.

I’ve been sending my son with separate containers for lunch, and the ease of these Bentgo boxes doesn’t get better. It’s durable, easy to clean, and is the perfect compact size. The designs are adorable, and the customer service is responsive and made sure I was happy with the product.

My son has been using this lunchbox for about a month at school. I noticed an issue with the lunchbox and messaged customer support just for some help on how I could just fix the lunchbox without replacing it. I received a quick reply with some tips and tricks to try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. However, I was pleasantly surprised to have been offered a free replacement, which would be received in just a few business days. The customer support staff really went above and beyond to resolve the issue! My son loves this lunchbox because it has fun compartments, a fun design, and it doesn’t spill! Highly recommend both the product and the company.

We use Bentgo Boxes daily for lunches at school! Great for my 2 year old because it does not slide with the rubber around the edges. I also use them with my daughter that is 5. We have every type of bentgo boxes you guys offer and have no complaints.

I work in an elementary school. These boxes are all the rage. When I noticed my daughter was one of the only kids not to have one, I had to get her one. I love how easy it is to pack lunch each day. I do not have to look for different Tupperware for all of the different items I send in for her. I love that the compartments are air tight and do not leak into one another (I can put in Ranch without it getting all over everything). I highly recommend!
