Spout does not stay closed

Just received our bottle today and the spout does not stay closed. Will close it, and not even 10 seconds later it flies right back open. Very disappointing for my toddler who was super looking forward to getting to use their new water bottle.

To help with this, here’s a quick tip on how to properly close the straw for a leak-proof seal: How to Put Away the Straw – Use the tab to completely push the flip-up straw all the way down until it lies flat against the lid. Leak

My kids were excited to use the water bottles, but one of them leaked after the second use. I even switched the kids but it still leaked all fluid out within a minute or so,

Best lunchbox!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this lunch box and so does my 6 year old son. There are different little compartments to mix and match as many snacks and entrees as you like. Our favorite choices include carrots and hummus, mixed nuts, a sandwich, pasta, sugar snap peas....the list is endless. My son never gets tired of the choices presented in this cute little bento box.

Great luncbox

We have the lunchbox and matching bento box. Love both products -we can fit the bento box and other containers/food in the lunchbox. The bento box is leakproof and holds the perfect amount of food for my 1 and 3 year olds. Also for some minor issues we had the customer service is great!

Not dishwasher safe!

My kids love their boxes! They can be picky but are more willing to eat a variety of food because everything ks so cute and in manageable portions. One box changed shape after dishwashing, and customer service was great! They will be sending a replacement.
