We bought the book bag last year and after being thoroughly impressed by the quality we bought a kids box for her snacks, a pop box for her lunch, water bottle, and waiting on the utensils from Amazon. I absolutely love the leak proof feature since she usually wants fruit and vegetables for her snack and always wants dressing to dip her veggies in. Everything stays separate and the dressing doesn't leak over everything like some other brands we have tried in the past. We will definitely be purchasing more products for my younger son and for soup and snacks.

We love our Bentgo boxes. They keep food cold and have plenty of space for a large enough lunch for my 3,5 and 7 year old. I would caution to choose the boxes with just one clip though, We have had to replace our boxes with the two clips twice becasue they broke and the box no longer stayed closed.

I bought 2 of these water bottles about a month ago. I love the design and colors of this water bottle but the bottle design is terrible. I am one that takes my son’s water bottles apart to clean them. Taking it apart and putting it back together was a nightmare. I have never had that much trouble with any other brand. It took me about 30 min to finally get it back together. I do not recommend this product if you’re going to take it apart to clean it.

I am glad the brand holds up its customer service. I got one of their lovely lunch bags but for some reason the zipper broke. Was a little disappointed as the quality was great size was perfect for my sons bag and it keeps his lunch nice and cold. So I got in touch with them and told them my situation. I couldn’t find the receipt for the life of me but did register. Abby was understanding and help me find a resolution. Will be a returning customer!

Bought this lunch box and book bag for my 4 year old and I absolutely love it. It’s completely secure and just very cute. The customer service of the company is amazing as well. The rubber had mold spots and when I reached out they were quick with steps to get rid of the mold. When the suggestions did not work they were amazing and sent me a new one right away even though it was not covered under the warranty. Not only will I keep buying their products because they are great products but because their customer service is exceptional.

It’s a great lunch box, no leaks and great compartment dividers. The only negative is that I wish instructions were clearer about only the tray being dishwasher safe, not the shell around it. Nonetheless, it’s still great and I will continue to buy them for my kids.

My daughter takes her Bentgo to school but recently got some tomato/pasta sauce on the outside rubber part and I was having a difficult time removing the stains. I contacted customer service and they offered some cleaning recommendations that I tried but unfortunately it didn't remove the stains. They went beyond and sent me a replacement! Great customer service and great product!

This has made my lunch planning and organizing so easy! I love how sturdy these are, they are well-made and easy to clean! The online customer service team was exceptional when I reached out after putting my lunchboxes in the dishwasher. Note: only trays can go in dishwasher and microwave, not the outside jacket, as it could cause the seals to not function properly. They were very helpful and kindly explained this to me and were able to help me out with replacing my Bentgo boxes, quickly and easily! I'd recommend these boxes to anyone looking to simplify their lunch routine with easy, kid-friendly lunch boxes!

I bought the Bentgo Kids Unicorn print lunch bag for my preschooler and the zipper stopped working after a few weeks of use. I contacted customer service and they very kindly addressed my concerns and shipped me a new lunch bag - my daughter and I are thrilled. Thank you Bentgo!
