To start the boxes are a great design, and the prints are nice for children. The boxes will do what they are intended for. We are putting together 50 kindergarten start-up boxes for incoming underprivileged kids in SF. The part that I didn’t like is the customer service was not that great. Anyone thats experienced Chewy customer service they set the standard for customer service. It’s a company for pets. There was no discount consider for buying 50 boxes. For something we plan to continue to do for years to come. The customer service sounded like a teenager answering a call from home that had no customer service training or skills. We hope to use these in future, but will definitely be looking for other options.

My daughter is really excited about the unicorn print on this box. This is our third order of Bentgo, and we're really happy with them- with the caveat that we usually have to replace the box after the clasps break and go to the clip on, separated transparent cover. While the box pattern lasts I know my daughter will enjoy it.

I love this lunch bag so much, perfect for my daughter’s bentgo lunch box. It has a lot room and it’s very easy to clean. I love the long strap that you can adjust depends on the length that u like. The quality is really good. I will definitely recommend this lunch bag.

Great water bottle but I wish there was more of a design selection to match the other designs of the lunchbox and bento set designs. My little one really likes the construction set but sadly, like many of the others, they don't offer a matching water bottle so we settled for Monster trucks. It would be great if there were more "full sets" of the different designs offered.

Love these! Purchased the kids mermaid scales bentgo boxes and these paired beautifully. Love that my littles can expect a cold, fresh meal & that there is plenty of room in the lunch bag. My girls are currently 3&4 and these bags will definitely be used for years to come.

Reliable as advertised. Shipping time is not. The product itself is leak free and easy to clean. My only qualm is the website said ships within 24hours if purchased before 2pm CST, which I did, and I paid extra for shipping. I didn’t receive lunch box until 10 days later. Outside of shipping & delivery, I’m very happy with quality of this product.

I am a little disappointed. As I love the box. We own 3. And 4 of the mini snack boxes. I bought the lunch bags for school this year. 3 of them. And the mesh pocket inside of one of them ripped after just three uses. And what’s crazy, I didn’t even use the pocket.

This lunch box stays well insulated throughout my toddlers school day. The ice pack is mostly still frozen by the time she gets home. Its a bit larger that you standard sized lunch box but no complaints here on that. It fits the bentgo box, an apple juice box and a medium sized ice pack. It also fits into the back pack just fine and have a convenient place to clip on the back of it.

We love our Bentgo lunch boxes so much that I bought these two more! We had a few inserts but only one "clamshell" part and I was getting tired of washing it every single night and it got left at school once which made packing lunch tough the next day. Happy to have two more and will keep recommending and buying these amazing, durable, easy to pack boxes.

Great quality, kind of big though. We were given a different brand cooler bag that fit the bento box perfectly with a bit of room for a snack and ice packs. When it wore out, we couldn’t find that bag again so we bought this one. This new one barely fits in her kinder backpack! I’m sure it will be fine when we size up packs when she’s older. I wish there was a smaller version.
