Happy with this purchase. My almost 2-yrs old son loves the construction trucks print and opening and closing the lunchbox himself. I love that it's easy to clean, so far leak-proof, and insulates well. Also love that the insert is removable so I can pop it in the dishwasher. My only wish is that Bentgo sold the inserts without the lid. Otherwise this system would be perfect.

Great concept but too small and not able to keep food cool very well. Still use it bc my child wants to use what the other kids are using. End up having to pack bento box inside another lunch box to add protein bars and ice pack to keep bento box cool

I love the concept of this lunch box. For preschool lunch requirements are a protein, grain, veggie, fruit and a dairy option. These various compartments will fit most lunches. However, the one small round section Is difficult to get anything out of if you don’t have small fingers. Silverware has a tough time fitting to scoop peas or pudding. *****My one major complaint is the lid. It looks like, and described as, sealable and prevents liquid transfer between sections. Even applesauce and draining peach slices will mix to other compartments when lid is locked and gets everywhere when you open the lid. If all contents are solids, then they’ll stay in place. Just don’t put anything with a loose form in these boxes.

It is super cute and matches the mermaid Bentgo box perfectly. My only complaint is that it is very big and bulky. Almost as big as my toddler daughter’s backpack. I don’t see us actually putting it to use until she’s in kindergarten and using a larger backpack.

These are the absolute best lunch boxes for kids 2-10, we’ve gotten so much use out of ours and they’re so convenient! They’re easy to open, dishwasher safe and my kids just love them because all their foods are in different compartments. You know toddlers like their food separated lol

Great quality, kind of big though. We were given a different brand cooler bag that fit the bento box perfectly with a bit of room for a snack and ice packs. When it wore out, we couldn’t find that bag again so we bought this one. This new one barely fits in her kinder backpack! I’m sure it will be fine when we size up packs when she’s older. I wish there was a smaller version.

Bentgo is big, especially when a little kid has it but it is the best! My little is a bentgo kid (youngest of 4) and I wish it was a thing with my older kids. This bag not only has a cute design, it fits any of the 3 bentgo styles we have with room to put his thermos or extra items. He can carry it 3 ways and the drink holder on the side is a bonus if we need to pack extra for a trip etc. If they sold them in solid colors, I’d probably buy me one!

Finally found a print that my picky son loves! We have been looking all over for a design that wasn’t dinosaurs or airplanes which I guess is popular for the boys. It’s always harder to find options for boys compared to girls but so glad we found it!

We love our Bentgo lunch boxes so much that I bought these two more! We had a few inserts but only one "clamshell" part and I was getting tired of washing it every single night and it got left at school once which made packing lunch tough the next day. Happy to have two more and will keep recommending and buying these amazing, durable, easy to pack boxes.

My daughter wanted a bag with a shoulder strap to carry her bentgo in. This does the trick! She loves that it matches the cute design of her bentgo. I love that it has a pocket for a drink or thermos and a little bit of extra space inside incase I want to add something extra. We have been satisfied with our purchase!
