Love the bentgo boxes and my daughters bentgo bag. But it took 2 weeks for bentgo to even make a label for my package and a additional week to ship. That’s 3 weeks IN ALL! it came well after my kids were in a school and I was a bit annoyed with that. I believe it would’ve took longer had I not wrote them concerning my package never being shipped. But the quality of the product was amazing♥️ I love them.

I love the concept of this lunch box. For preschool lunch requirements are a protein, grain, veggie, fruit and a dairy option. These various compartments will fit most lunches. However, the one small round section Is difficult to get anything out of if you don’t have small fingers. Silverware has a tough time fitting to scoop peas or pudding. *****My one major complaint is the lid. It looks like, and described as, sealable and prevents liquid transfer between sections. Even applesauce and draining peach slices will mix to other compartments when lid is locked and gets everywhere when you open the lid. If all contents are solids, then they’ll stay in place. Just don’t put anything with a loose form in these boxes.

We got our daughter a Bentgo lunchbox over a year ago and absolutely love it! I was so excited to see they came out with matching lunch bags. It fits the Bentgo lunchbox perfectly and leaves extra room if you wanted to put something else in there. I love that there is an external pocket to hold her water bottle. We have the box and bag in the unicorn print and it is so adorable. Their products are high quality and will last a long time. I definitely recommend them!

I really wanted to like this. It’s very well made and cute. I like the external pocket for a bottle. But it’s just too small. After putting in the Bentgo lunch box, there is only room for small snacks. Or don’t need morning and afternoon snacks, plus lunch, and he eats a lot. We don’t like including only prepackaged snacks, and we can’t fit any Tupperware in it with the lunch box. Also, I wish it had dedicated pockets in the front and back for ice packs to keep the whole contents cold.

We are in LOVE with these bentgo kids boxes! The compartments make room for perfect serving sizes. My 4 year old knows we try to put a different food group in each compartment to make a complete meal. The small circular compartment is perfect for dips like ranch for our veggies or syrup for waffle sticks! If we don’t need a dip, a fun treat goes in there. A marshmallow fits perfectly! ;)

it's cute but I haven't been able to use it much because it has no compartment to heat anything. They heat lunches at our daycare, so it eliminates a ton of lunch options I can give her including dinner leftovers. Not super happy with the product due to this.

Great concept but too small and not able to keep food cool very well. Still use it bc my child wants to use what the other kids are using. End up having to pack bento box inside another lunch box to add protein bars and ice pack to keep bento box cool

While this lunch box is on the larger side, my daughter loves the puppy design, and we can fit a variety of lunch options or containers inside. I don’t expect it to fit in her backpack when the backpack is full of books, but she can clip on to the front or just carry with the strap.

I bought the coordinating bag for my grandsons lunchbox. I love that it has plenty of pockets and room for his water bottle if needed He now insists on carrying his lunch bag to school. The straps are super convenient. He can carry it like a traditional lunch box or messenger bag style

To start the boxes are a great design, and the prints are nice for children. The boxes will do what they are intended for. We are putting together 50 kindergarten start-up boxes for incoming underprivileged kids in SF. The part that I didn’t like is the customer service was not that great. Anyone thats experienced Chewy customer service they set the standard for customer service. It’s a company for pets. There was no discount consider for buying 50 boxes. For something we plan to continue to do for years to come. The customer service sounded like a teenager answering a call from home that had no customer service training or skills. We hope to use these in future, but will definitely be looking for other options.
