Lately these muffins fall apart when you eat them pls check baking process

My kids and I have always enjoyed these muffins, but this last time they tasted like banana. I can't eat banana anything at all so I'm a little annoyed I can't eat this batch. It tasted like they shared a rack and absorbed the taste. My oldest said it tasted like pickles... But I know it was banana 😅

These used to be fantastic! Bought a 6-pack today and they are like used sponges. Odd smell, no sugar glaze, not very sweet. Reminded me of the Nerf ball I had as a kid. I can't eat this.

These used to be HUGE they are definetly smaller but still good taste wise just not as sweet i guess? There is something off about the taste when you compare to the old ones and I can't put my finger on it.
