I love this yogurt! I am in my 50's and I weight train. This yogurt is yummy, high in protein, and never watery like some are.

I tried the Chobani 20G Yogurt and found it to be very thick in texture. The vanilla and cherry berry flavors are among my favorites, and while the taste is good, it doesn’t quite reach the level of great. I personally prefer fruit-at-the-bottom style yogurts since they tend to bring out better flavor balance, and I missed that here. Overall, I’d say this yogurt is good but not great— it works well for a protein boost, but not my top pick for taste.

Great high protein breakfast. Thicker, like cheesecake. You may want to add Splenda to some of the flavors.

you can shake this harder than a blizzard and it won’t fall out. May go better with smoothie or something over plan.
