Rich, creamy, super flavor, worth a few more calories than regular no fat greek yogurts. Doesn’t get runny like other yogurts. Lactose Free, yay!

This product is super for it’s smooth taste and texture and is easy on the digestive system . As long as I can buy it for under $1.00 per serving it is an excellent way to get much needed protein.

Compared to other protein yogurts- this kind is not good! Extremely thick (almost have to chew it) and the flavors aren’t good. Wouldn’t recommend.

Being lactose intolerant, I have tried every lactose-free brand on the market. These are hands down the best!
