I will start this out with my complaint. The handles are kind of thin and in wish there was a silicone grip for the lids. The labs are amazing! They great wonderfully they are heavy and not flimsy like a lot of stainless steel pans are. The amount of size options are perfect and this set had everything I needed for the kitchen. Great set to have for your kitchen

I do like this set, it is very comprehensive with what it offers, they work with and induction stovetop and can also go in the oven. Overall they're a little thin but my last pans were from allclad so I can appreciate the weight it's saving my wrist from moving

Really heavy and sturdy. Moving to stainless from non-stick is tricky. Haven't quite got that down yet. Did call Henckels customer service. They said the pots/pans are rated to 500° for the oven. Lids are 400°. (Pots don't say “oven safe” on the bottom. Specifications say 600°.)

For the money this set is fantastic I have a 5 clad set of fry pans for made in and this was just supplemental I just wanted the pots I gave the fry pans to a family member but I will say. the construction and build are on par with made in. I was happily surprised. I would buy these again in a heart beat. they are awesome I highly recommend them. Got them on say during black Friday for 150. even at 200 if you need a set I still think it's a good one.

I wish these worked as good as they look. The materials are very good quality. My complaints are that the pour spouts are not covered by the lids and foods dry out quickly when the steam escapes. Also the pans have more of a hot spot over an induction coil than my Tfal and Calphalon. I really liked the size of the sauté pan that falls right between my 10" 3 qt and 12" 5 qt ones. But due to the hot spot and the steam issues it doesn't work as well as it looks.

I'm very impressed with the Henckels 11-Piece Stainless Steel Tri-Ply Clad Cookware Set. The quality is outstanding—each pot and pan feels durable and well-balanced. The tri-ply construction ensures even heat distribution, which makes cooking so much easier and prevents hot spots. I've used the set for everything from searing meat to simmering sauces, and the results have been excellent every time. The handles stay cool while cooking, and the lids fit perfectly, keeping moisture and flavor locked in. Cleanup is simple, especially if you follow the recommended care instructions. The sleek, polished finish also looks beautiful on my stovetop. This set is a great investment for anyone who loves to cook or wants to upgrade their kitchen with professional-grade cookware. Highly recommend!

The Henckels 11-Piece Stainless Steel Tri-Ply Clad Cookware Set is a professional-grade collection designed for those who take their cooking seriously. Utilizing a three-layer construction, this set provides the durability of stainless steel with the superior heat conductivity of an aluminum core. Build Quality: "Superb and Heavy Duty" The most immediate takeaway from this set is the superb quality. These are heavy-duty pans that feel substantial in the hand without being overly cumbersome. The Tri-Ply Clad construction extends from the base all the way up the sides, ensuring even heating and preventing the hot spots often found in cheaper, encapsulated-base cookware. Performance: "Works Like a Champ" In the kitchen, this set works well across all cooking surfaces, including induction. The heat distribution is remarkably even, which is essential for searing meats or simmering delicate sauces. The lids fit snugly, and the handles are designed to stay relatively cool during stovetop use, providing a safe and efficient cooking experience. Maintenance and Ease of Use One of the biggest concerns with stainless steel is often the cleanup, but this set is surprisingly easy to clean. The polished surface releases food well if used with proper heat control, and the set is dishwasher safe for those times when you need a quick turnaround. The flared rims also make for drip-free pouring, a small but much-appreciated design detail. Final Verdict Considering the professional construction and the comprehensive 11-piece variety, this set is absolutely worth the money. It is a long-term investment for your kitchen that provides the reliability and performance of much more expensive brands.
