The products are very good and very beautiful, I am quite satisfied with the quality, the only recommendation and what makes me somewhat dissatisfied are the delivery times and delays, I currently have several orders placed with shipping guides generated for days but there is no movement in the package, for another order I paid express shipping and the days have passed, the shipping guide has not yet been generated and they do not give me an answer in support, I think it is an area for improvement

Such a cute bottle, leak proof and great size. The only downfall is that it is not insulated. My little one is picky and likes her water to be super cold all the time. With her taking this to school, the ice I add in the morning melts within a few hours.

Too hard for my kid (6 year old) to drink. Almost like the straw is too long, not sure why its so difficult when their supposed to be made for kids. She doesn't like it because its to hard for her to get her water out of it. I don't like it for multiple reasons. This is a clear water bottle not a therm to keep the drinks cold. Not sure why it costs as much as it does but its a no go for us.

We absolutely LOVE the stainless steel lunch boxes. They are divine! They are very spacious. We find that they don’t get moldy after many uses like the Bentgo Fresh, which we don’t use as often now. Very easy to clean and store. It did not fit the smaller lunch boxes though so we had to get the bigger ones from Bentgo.

I love these bottles. Pros: narrow enough to fit in cup holders, don't leak, light weight, dishwasher safe. Cons: kids chew through the straw tip so I have to replace the straws more often than I'd like. Luckily the site sells replacement straws and I can buy a few as backup.

Absolutely LOVE this lunch box. It's a little heavy as others have stated but my 9 year old has no problem with it. It's spacious and stylish. He loves the shark design! I do find that that during the hotter days the lunch box gets a bit warm. The metal seems to heat up and hold the heat a bit. Salads and pasta are wilted by lunchtime. This wasn't an issue with the silicone lunch boxes. All in all it's a good purchase though. I HIGHLY recommend getting the lunch bag to match because it is a LARGE lunch box and doesn't fit the traditional size lunch bag. Enjoy

My daughter used this on her first day of Kindergarten, and it leaked all over her lunchbag and cubby box where they store it. She was so upset whenni picked her up. This is supposed to be a leakproof bottle. When I got home, I tested it, and as soon as I flip it over, it started pouring out water everywhere. Very disappointed.

This lunch bag has been great for my daughter she has loved it.The lunch box is easy to open, clean and seals items really tight! The lunch bag is perfectly sized to keep the lunch box, a drink, silverware and ice packs inside for 8 hours. It’s also super easy to clean! The side poker for the thermos began to rip I reached out to the company and they immediately sent a replacement. I would recommend this company because of their responsiveness, customer service and standing behind the durability of their products.I would definitely recommend this product.

Great water bottle but I wish there was more of a design selection to match the other designs of the lunchbox and bento set designs. My little one really likes the construction set but sadly, like many of the others, they don't offer a matching water bottle so we settled for Monster trucks. It would be great if there were more "full sets" of the different designs offered.

We bought new lunchboxes for our twin first-graders, and they looove how they look. However, opening and closing these boxes is a nightmare. The latches are too tightly attached for their little hands to pull up, and once open, the lid is very difficult to align with the box in order to get it to close correctly. We are five days into the school year, and one of the latches just snapped off. We've liked Bentgo in the past, but their stainless steel option just doesn't work for kids.
