My 18-month-old loves this bottle. It's super easy for him to drink from, he can flip the straw open and closed himself, and it fits in the cup holder of his car seat. I have found if you leave the bottle out for too long the mouth piece can grow mold, but a flexi straw cleaner can easily get to that and clean it out.

We ordered this bottle with the matching backpack, and our son loves the design (Shark). The bottle is very durable/leakproof, and our 5-year-old has definitely taken it to the test. The bottle is simple to clean, and the removable straw still holds up well and, so far, shows no signs of wearing out. Our son initially had an issue drinking out of the bottle since he wasn't used to the mouthpiece. After further looking into it, it seemed that we received a bad item. We contacted Bentgo customer service and swiftly received feedback and a new replacement! Shoutout to Nicholas! He was very friendly and supportive throughout the entire process! Great product and support!

I am a huge fan of the Bentgo Kids water bottle. Its ease of cleaning, high-quality materials, and adorable design make it a winner in my book. My son loves it, and as a parent, that's all I could ask for. I highly recommend this water bottle to anyone looking for a reliable and fun hydration solution for their little ones.

This is the worst bottle i have ever seen. The moment i tried to clean it up one of the parts came out and cannot be fixed anymore. Moreover its really hard to open for a 3 or 4 year old child. Apart from that taking out all its parts and cleaning is a really cumbersome process. I am really disappointed with this product.

We purchased 3 water bottles in different styles and so far 2 of 3 have broken within 2 weeks of use. The first thing to break is the rubber carrying handle which occured within 72 hours, eventually the mouth piece flip top mechanism breaks. My 3 year old dropped her bottle inside a retail store today and the bottle cracked in half causing total damage. Unfortunately toddlers can be clumsy so I don't recommend this item due to it's lack of strength and durability for everyday use. It is aesthetically pleasing and matches our Bentgo bags and lunchboxes, however, we will not be purchasing the drinking bottles again. For the price it is marketed we expected a much better quality product. We find similar priced items made with rubber coated stainless steel so that's what we have now purchased. I don't recommend wasting money with the water bottles, they will eventually break.

Overall good product but I washed it ONCE in a dishwasher and the sticker design on top peeled off on the sides. Not sure why it’s advertised as dishwasher safe. Also, they could sell replacement sticker designs for the lid. Looks pretty worn down now, will probably peel the rest of it and have my kid stick something on top to make it look better

Purchased a bottle and lunch bentgo box set and we’re both damaged. Customer service was excellent when I contacted them and they sent replacements and instructions on how to better take care of them.

We just bought this lunchbox and haven’t even used it. We put it in the dishwasher since it says it is dishwasher safe and much of the design is now peeling off. Now my daughter has to start school with a janky looking (expensive!) lunchbox.

We use these water bottles for school and they’re great! No problems with leaking even if they’re put inside of my kids backpack. I also like that there aren’t many parts and so it’s easy and quick to clean

Just received our bottle today and the spout does not stay closed. Will close it, and not even 10 seconds later it flies right back open. Very disappointing for my toddler who was super looking forward to getting to use their new water bottle.
