I prefer the smaller thin sliced Dave’s Bread but the regular slice is fine as a replacement.

The bread is nutritious but is almost, all-the-time STALE — hard!

Dave’s is always stale — hard!

I want a Good tasting healthy bread without enriched or bleached flour as an ingredient. 
This is not it. Still searching.
The packaging claims that the bread is soft. It's not and the texture is dense. It's what I'd expect if I were biting into a sponge but not bread.

Disappointing taste and texture.

This is more dense than regular white bread, the color is darker and it’s not light and fluffy like regular white bread. I only use the bread for toast with butter and it tastes great. I also like the large slices, two pieces are filling enough for breakfast.
