I am a huge fan of sauces... condiments... anything to add extra yum to my meals. This is your average picnic perfect mayo for a cookout. That's actually what I used it for. It doesn't have any frills or fancy ingredients. You know exactly what to expect and that's what you receive. I believe that Kraft is the #2 mayo brand and it isn't far from #1 (my opinion). This is a great option to use. It isn't bitter at all. It's a sweeter style of mayo.
