Love them!!! The only thing missing was the top but the ones I have fit, but if you are cooking it does not stick. Love them, I used them almost every day! I recommend for any family. My family member got some as well!

We are extremely happy with our hybrid pot and pan set. I am searching on here to see if I could buy some more pots to add to our set, but unfortunately I no longer can find the pot and pan set, just these pans. Hopefully they were not discontinued because they have been the best set that we have ever used.

These pans are a jack pot find. I have replaced all my non-stick cookware with cast iron, carbon steel, and stainless steel. While all those work great I was still missing the simplicity of non-stick. I had just purchased a set of Misen's new Carbon non-stick late last year. While it's better than most it still is a bit finicky, especially with other members of my family. I would get daily complaints of sticking, but I wasn't going to get another set anytime soon. I only found these while searching for a set of pans for my daughter who is away at college and needed some pans. I wanted to give her a safe and easy set pans to use. She only needed the large and small pan, so I kept the medium one. Once my family started using this pan they could not stop raving about it. I began to use it and while I didn't want to admit it, I really loved it too. It acts just like a Teflon coated pan but with no forever chemicals in it. I have been using this pan for the past two months and it still cooks like new. My daughter called me and said the pans are amazing. I am completely baffled by the low reviews on here. Sounds like pilot error to me. With all my pans some triple in price, I have been grabbing this pan all the time. It is so easy to use and the clean up is ridiculously easy. I just decided after using this pan constantly for over the past two months to get myself a set. I so wish I found this set sooner, I could have saved a lot of money. Oh I never mention about the construction of these pans. These are clad pans with a stainless steel outer. Really well build and feel just perfect Anyway I absolutely recommend this pan set.

I've been using for several months and am very happy with these. Heat gradually and with just a bit of oil the perform perfectly. No harmful chemicals. Perfect!

Perhaps I don't know how to properly cook in this, so take this as you will. I have used regular teflon type non stick for many years. I read good things about these pans and decided to switch to them. I am struggling to cook like I used to. I read you are supposed to use low heat. I have tried. Takes forever to cook anything, and I guess I am too impatient. As soon as the heat is turned up, the non stick is turned down. I don't like to use unnecessary oils, but here I have no choice, or it sticks. Badly. The other issue, which I don't know comes from too high of a heat or whatever I am cooking, but there are stains and marks all over my cookware now from cooking onions and peppers in oil. They don't stick, but they discolor the pan to make it look constantly dirty. I can't get it off of the pan despite my best efforts, even trying more abrasive cleaners. It is permanently burnt in. It makes me not want to cook in the pan because of it. Again, I don't know how to avoid this, but have tried lots of temperature ranges, and it happens from low heat to medium heat. I do not like these pans at all. Your experience may vary, but just wanted to let others know the issues I had. I am too cheap to dispose of them, but sooner rather than later, I will be going back to regular non stick cookware and throwing these out. I wish I could get my money back.

Washed and oiled these pans, but they stick. Eggs stick to these as well as pancakes.

Trust me, do not buy them. I'm writing this review after 2-3; they worked only the first week. After that, they were probably the worst pan set you could get, and I had to throw them away. It's better to save your money; they're not worth it.

These pans are not non stick. On the first cook eggs stuck to the bottom of the pan. I used them a few times and they are definitely not non stick. Returned them immediately.

Awful pans, definitely not non-stick. Even with a spray, food stuck to the pans surface. They look nice and I tried many techniques to improve the food release, lower temperature, different sprays or oil. Each time food stuck to the pan making food look unappealing. They were given to a thrift store.

The pans are pretty. Unfortunately, when it comes to cooking on an electric stove the heat distribution is horrible. After the first use, the pan bubbled/warped up making the heat distribution worse! Not worth the investment.
