I am disappointed with Sams Club with not be able to accommodate my request. I purchased a tire May 3. It is June 5 I wanted to buy 3 more so I wanted to take advantage of the buy 4 promotion by refunding the first tire and me rebuying 4 with the one already purchased included. Not unreasonable.

I came in to check a tire that had been repaired about six months before and was losing error. I was told that the tire could not be repaired but needed to be replaced. They couldn't do it that day because the. wheel lock key was missing. Not knowing what that was exactly. I then went to the dealer and their service department was closed for the day but a nice sales person searched my car to try to find what was missing. He advised me to come back on Monday when the service department was there. On Sunday I took my trunk apart and of course I found what I was looking for. I took it in to the Sam's on Monday. They were able to fit me in and I now have two new tires.

This is my commuter car, and I am on the road pretty much 2 hours a day during the week. We purchased our first set of these tires 4 years ago when I started my job. We kept them rotated with every other oil change, and they were such good tires that recently when we replaced them, we went back to the same brand and tire as previously

I managed to find a bolt to run over and it was on an unsafe place for repairs. I called Sams Tire Center. They squeezed me in to repair the tire. They said the tire couldnt safely be repaired, so they had 1 in stock and replaced it right away. They also put my spare back under my car, which I really appreciated. Im glad I bought my tires here.

Bought the tires on my 29th schedule my installation for June 1st 9am and they called and canceled my appointment at 2:30am, scheduled for the very next day 4pm they took the car and told me to wait till they install the tire then they called me at 4:55pm literally one hour later saying they don't have all four tires in stock even though they took the money knowing they don't have the tires! After that they send me home told me to wait until they call me once they have it in stock but never did. So I have to cancel the order! So unprofessional

I called and got a quote for 3 brands of tires made in America. I chose the one I wanted and went in 2 days later to have them put on my car. It took about an hour. Easy!

So far so good. Tires performing well. No complaints. Only about 2000 miles on them so I don't wanna mislead with extreme rating either way. Time will tell but anticipate good results.

I had ordered a different tire online and it did not arrive on time so the representative in the tire department helped me choose a different tire that was in stock as I needed the tires immediately.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Jim at the North Fayette location. The tires I purchased were the same tires I had previously and I was pleased with how the car handled in all seasons and they lasted a long while.

Always buy tires for three cars for years, however I had hazardous situations on my tires and even though including insurance I was charged a way more than I should. I was very disappointed.
