Like leather. I usually order Old Trapper Peppered but was craving Teriyaki and there was a coupon. Besides being as tough as leather it's very gamey tasting and super salty. Unlike trapper that is tender and melts in your mouth vs this shoe leather. Will not buy again! Wish Trapper had a Teriyaki available at Sam's!

I like teriyaki jerky, but I had a hard time finishing this bag. The regular Jack Link's flavor is marginally better in my opinion, but I guess I'm just not a fan of this brand. All of it looks and tastes very unnatural. Some of the pieces have a mushy texture too. There are far better, more natural beef jerkys out there, but if you've never tried it, make it yourself, then you'll know "real" beef jerky. It's worlds better.

Teriyaki sauce tasted as if it had gone bad even though the beef jerky had not expired
