Just made our first batch of ice and love it so far! It's very easy to use and will look forward to using it for family gatherings in the future.

Make small tubular, chewable ice, quickly. Perfect for soft drinks and cold water, iced tea, iced coffee, etc.

It’s great and pretty self explanatory. Haven’t had to try the self cleaning yet, but so far so good.

Only complaint so far is it stopped making nuggets and was making crushed ice and then went back to nuggets

So far it seems to be a good product that looks and operates as described. It is easy to use & clean.

Love the item. Wished it was easier to put in water instead of removing ice tray. Still trying to figure out when to cut off or unplug unit
