Absolutely love this ice maker! It makes ice quickly, is easy to use, and it’s the size I like. The ice comes out perfectly every time, and I love how convenient it is to have soft ice whenever I want it. Definitely one of my favorite purchases highly recommend!

This machine was great and easy to use. Initially I was surprised at how small the ice cubes were but after I put them in my drink I said “this is great”. It makes a lot of ice with 2-12oz bottles of water in a short period of time. Great purchase for me.

My Chefman ice maker quit working a few weeks ago. I called Chefman. The ice maker was still under warranty. I provided the company with the needed information. They honored the warranty. It was not the same model as the model we had purchased was discontinued, but the shipped a replacement. Thank you for standing behind your product. Great job Iceman! New compact icemaker is quiet and quick. I use it for ice tor my husbands lunch box.

This ice machine rocks! It takes a few minutes to start making ice but once it’s in ice making mode, there’s continuous ice (as long as you keep filling the water reservoir). Read some people say that the ice is wet and if you stick in freezer, it will all clump up but I found a work around for this. I put the freshly made ice in a gallon zip lock freezer bag and once it’s totally frozen, I then crush it up and put that in my freezer’s ice bin, no clumps! I love being able to use my filtered water my reverse osmosis machine, which makes the ice taste so much better than the bagged ice I was buying from the store. I’ve owned it for months and use it several times a week with no issues at all. If you love ice as much as I do, buy this little machine, you won’t regret it!

Summer is hot and humid on western PA. Because my refrigerator does not have an ice maker, trying to keep enough ice on hand for drinks has been tough. Set up was easy. We started enjoying ice in just a few hours after delivery. Looking forward to the rest of this summer and lots of ice cold drinks.

Easy set up working for a few months now it keep saying to add water when there’s plenty of water in it I’ve reset it cleaned it per directions in the manual and still won’t produce ice. It was great for a few months.

I just barley started using the new ice machine so not sure yet, happy I got a replacement, but little unhappy the replacement is smaller then my old one.

Brand new ice maker. Just waiting for it to make ice for the first time. Strong plastic smell when u open the lid. I’m thinking that is because it’s new and hoping it goes away.

I'm so disappointed. It died in less than 6 months. Only used bottled water and cleaned the machine. It started squealing and now won't make ice at all and I've tried for a couple weeks straight. It slowly made a scoop of ice and now not even a couple tiny cubes.

Made one basket of ice then stopped working. Broken and cheap material will return
