They are easy to absorb no weird taste or smell ive consitently taken them and i do feel like they have played a role in improving my heart health and i plan to continue taken them to see how it helps blood pressure as my numbers have been elevated

I have been taking them for a week and they replaced my other omega vitamins. I have not declined, however, not much of a difference in results. However, the quantity and price point is cheaper in bulk.
