Had these tires for about 2 weeks.  They ride nice and fairly quiet.  No problems with the tires.

Good so far

I came in to get a mug put in my tire. There was a nail in the flat portion of the tread. They informed me that side wall was worn and thought that I should have seen that. 

They refused to repair the nail and I had to purchase a new tire……I felt like they took advantage of me!

I could have gone to Tire Kingdom and they would have put a plug in. The side wall issue had no bearing on the tire……

Seriously, simple plug turned into a new tire!

Great customer service from Guillermo. He was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured. He helped me choose the right tires and answered all my questions. The whole experience was smooth and professional, and I'm very happy with my new tires so far
