This is the second set of these I have purchased. They have a great mileage warranty and have exceptional traction in both wet and snowy conditions. I have been very pleased with these tires performance.

Love the tires but only ordered two back tires. To my surprise, they put on four tires. I was upset at first because my two front tires were about a year old. All and All, It's all good!

Starting with a good name brand is generally a good beginning. Having fast, friendly and capable personnel to install the tires is the next step, and the men at Sam's certainly performed that task quickly and completely. In what seemed like no time at all we were back on the road, just in time to safely and confidently drive through some lousy winter weather.

An “egg” developed in the sidewall of one of the tires that I had purchased from SAMS and I needed a replacement fast. I received no compensation from my road hazard coverage but I was pleased that I was able to get a new tire mounted within a couple of hours so I could avoid driving on the spare. My biggest problem with SAMS tire department is sometimes it is NOT possible to make an appointment to have necessary work performed.

I put on 4 brand new tires. Upon leaving I asked if everything was correct, lug nuts tightened etc. because I was driving a few hours out of town on a mini vacation. answer was yes. I drove across town to meet friends for brunch, when I came out, I had a flat tire and one tire was losing air. Had to call for a flat bed which took me to another Sam's club way out of my way. To make a longer story short, turns out the rims were not properly sealed. I had tickets for a concert that night and got to it late, it was a few hours away. I was not happy. Couple days later (today) I look at my tires and it looks like another one is losing air.

Somewhat happy with product. Not what I ordered! Store could not find two of the four tires. Had to take substitute tires. Waited FOur hours to have them installed!

I came in to get a mug put in my tire. There was a nail in the flat portion of the tread. They informed me that side wall was worn and thought that I should have seen that. They refused to repair the nail and I had to purchase a new tire……I felt like they took advantage of me! I could have gone to Tire Kingdom and they would have put a plug in. The side wall issue had no bearing on the tire……
