First new tires for my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica. Could not be more pleased. Purchased the quieter Goodyear tires. Goodyear Assurance MaxLife 2. Could not believe the ride difference. Price was the best around. Saved an additional 80 dollars with the premium Sam's membership. Very pleased.

I recently bought tires from Sam's Club. During the installation, they accidentally broke off a lugnut and the attached stud. They immediately called to let me know what happened and offered to pay for the damage to my wheel. The cost to repair the problem was more than expected and I expected to get some pushback when I showed them the bill. To my pleasant surprise, they completely reimbursed me for the repairs. I have shared this story with many other potential customers. My goal is to make sure I generate more revenue for Sam's Club than they paid me in repairs in recognition for their integrity. It's really rare to see this in a business and I want everyone to recognize this.

I loved the first 4 I bought in December for my van. Later I bought 4 more for my Subaru. I totaled the van 6/28. I had to replace one of the 4 new tires, which had a bolt that went through it, to be able to drive it off the property. Sam's prorated that tire, which did not cost me very much. The newest ire got only 30 miles driven on it. Somebody is going to salvage 4 excellent tires. I would buy again, but hopefully my original equipment tires on new van will last several years.

The tires have performed very well, and Goodyear continues to meet my expectations for quality. I have had no issues with them to date. However, my service experience at Sam's was disappointing. I had a 4:00 PM appointment, arrived at 3:45 PM, and did not leave until after 6:00 PM. This was my first time purchasing tires from Sam's, and the excessive delay—combined with the repeated excuses I was given—left a poor impression. Based on this experience, I am unlikely to return for future service.

I recently purchased a new set of tires and couldn't be happier with the experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The tires are high quality, perform great, and have made a noticeable difference in the ride and handling of my vehicle. Everything was completed quickly and professionally. Great service, great product, and a wonderful overall experience. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of new tires!

These tires look great and ride great. Not only that, there is no road noise from these tires. I was eyeing another recommended brand until these tires were introduced late last year. So glad I waited. These tires were highly recommended and Sam's Club was exceptional with product availability and installation.

The tires I got were great. Their service I got was good and bad one gentleman was really difficult to understand and to work with I booked for a 10 o'clock appointment when I came in he told me it was an 11 o'clock appointment for a rotation and balance. Well, my tires were only 10 days old and when I came in to do the appointment, I asked for a 10 o'clock appointment to take a look at a tire cause it looked like there might be a problem. Another man took over after I came to pick up my tire and explained that there wasn't anything wrong. He was very Patient. He even pulled my tire off and showed me and talk to me and was very very helpful.

I purchased these tires for my Elantra Hybrid. I noticed that my milage per gallon of fuel has gone down a bit. I am wondering if the large treads are adding friction, or maybe they have a larger profile or weight? The tires are wonderful in heavy rain, very stable and safe on wet roads.

Needed replacement tires would not honor warranty or iusage for replacement

Bought the tires on my 29th schedule my installation for June 1st 9am and they called and canceled my appointment at 2:30am, scheduled for the very next day 4pm they took the car and told me to wait till they install the tire then they called me at 4:55pm literally one hour later saying they don't have all four tires in stock even though they took the money knowing they don't have the tires! After that they send me home told me to wait until they call me once they have it in stock but never did. So I have to cancel the order! So unprofessional
