I went to Sam’s Club to get tires. I wasn’t sure if I needed 2 or 4. I had no idea what size tires I needed. The guy at the service dept was wonderful. He told me that they would get the car from where I parked it and check them out and let me know. I didn’t have an appointment. Within 2 hours, I had new tires put on. They kept my old tires at no additional cost. I was very pleased with my experience.

Our OEM Michelin tires had problems of leaking air that the driver's tire finally went flat. These Goodyear tires had similar tread patterns, were on sale with $100 off when you buy 4. The installation was fast, under an hour and the ride and handling felt better than our originals on the car.

These tires look great and ride great. Not only that, there is no road noise from these tires. I was eyeing another recommended brand until these tires were introduced late last year. So glad I waited. These tires were highly recommended and Sam’s Club was exceptional with product availability and installation.

I called and got a quote for 3 brands of tires made in America. I chose the one I wanted and went in 2 days later to have them put on my car. It took about an hour. Easy!

The Goodyear Assurance line has always been a "Best for the Money" deal for me. Should I have a problem on a road trip, there's always a near-by Sams Club that can take care of it

I had a flat tire exiting from Sams Club. The agent said he could take care of the tire by day's end. But, they were kind enough to take care of changing the tire within an hour. I'm very grateful for their thoughtfulness.

The service department was fast and efficient. Had a minor issue that was immediately rectified.

Too early to tell but they seem good

An “egg” developed in the sidewall of one of the tires that I had purchased from SAMS and I needed a replacement fast. I received no compensation from my road hazard coverage but I was pleased that I was able to get a new tire mounted within a couple of hours so I could avoid driving on the spare. My biggest problem with SAMS tire department is sometimes it is NOT possible to make an appointment to have necessary work performed.
