I didn't realize this was imitation crab... should have known better but I didn't see anything on the packaging that said so. Not sure how imitation crab meatcan be "wild caught". Anywho, I was hoping it would be better. Doesn't taste like real crab but the texture is very similar. Leaves an awful after taste.
