As someone that grew up in San Diego, I'm always on the lookout for authentic seasoning. Although this is technicall a "fajita" seasoning, it uses many of the core components than a carne asada seasoning would. I've used this on both carne and pollo asada with excellent results. My only advice would be to marinate your beef or chicken overnight in some lime juice for maximum flavor. Definitely will be buying another container of this before I run out.

please don't ever stop carrying this. this is the best fajita seasoning I've had! this has an amazing taste and it's not super spicy.

This taste NOTHING like Fajita seasoning! Waste of money, we threw it out.

I do recommend this seasoning. It tastes great. I will definitely be buying again.
