I was drinking tart cherry juice before bed to help with melatonin production, but I am getting much better results from these than the juice. I have been taking them for about a week and every night I fall asleep so quickly and sleep so well. I also work out everyday, and take magnesium. I can't say that I notice a difference in muscle recovery yet.

This is a fabulous product. The ingredients are quality ingredients and the taste and texture are perfect. This gummy is vegan, non-GMO, gluten free and sugar free - all things I look for in a supplement. As someone with digestive issues, I look for supplements that are NOT in pill form and this one is perfect! I use it after my workouts and I notice much less muscle soreness. This product had no effect on me! I thought it might help me sleep, but Montmorency Tart Cherry is preferred. Also, I asked the company some basic questions about their product, and they could not answer, so for that reason, I can't recommend this product. I would advise people to do their due diligence when putting products in their body, especially when there is no transparency or even basic level support.
