Very good! It is the perfect mix of all of the spices without being too mild or too bland. It tastes very similar to the packets that you get at the store, but I love that we always have it on hand in a larger size.

I have made my own taco seasonings for years. Given the amount and price point for the MM seasoning, I thought I would give it a try. All I can say is why did I wait so long! Both my wife and I thought it was best homemade tacos I have fixed in decades............you cannot go wrong with this blend.

The Member's Mark taco seasoning isn't the same as the original Tomes Taco Seasoning. It's noticeably less spicy and has a much lighter color. Looking at the ingredients explains why: the original Tomes listed dried chili pepper and other spices as the first ingredients, while Member's Mark lists degerminated corn flour first, making it more of a filler than a spice blend. If you're looking for the bold, rich flavor of the original Tomes seasoning, this version is disappointing. Please bring back the original Tomes Taco Seasoning.
